Dior assures that all products do not contain gluten  in the ingredient formulas. Moreover, as a preventive measure and to go further with the fight against cosmetic allergies, Dior has removed all proteins and wheat hydrolysis proteins from products.  However, in spite of a high attention with the tracking system, Dior can not certify that commodities have not been in contact with gluten during the providers' production process.

Am I able to customize my shopping reward with specific shades or products?

Unfortunately, we are unable to customize Dior Diva shopping rewards with specific shades or product selections for individual customers.

Am I able to redeem more than once within a 12 month period?

Divas may redeem as many times as they like during a 12 month period.

How do I earn shopping rewards?

Dior Divas earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Dior Beauty products from authorized retailers.  Sales tax does not contribute to points.  Points must be generated during a 12 month period.  Once you have the desired point level for a particular shopping reward, log-in to your Dior Diva account and click on Shopping Rewards & Redemption.  Print the Redemption Form and complete the required fields.  Mail the Redemption Form and your original receipts to the address indicated on the Redemption Form.  Please note it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to receive your shopping reward.

Dior would like you to be pleased with your purchase and will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of purchase through our website. purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. If you would like to return an item, simply complete the Return Form included with your shipment and place it inside the return package. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the top of the original shipping label. Please return the item(s) in its original product packaging.
