A luminous and explosive fresh woody fragrance
The new expression of the Fahrenheit signature. A fragrance that combines the explosive power and freshness of water with the intensity and heat of fire.
For Aqua Fahrenheit, François Demachy created a new fresh woody facet for a more “cologne” feel, while maintaining the characteristic leathery violet signature.
In the top notes, Italian grapefruit joins Fahrenheit’s classic mandarin for a burst of explosive freshness. In the heart, violet – the ultimate expression of the Fahrenheit signature – is refreshed with Brazilian mint. The base is intense, vibrant and pure thanks to light vetiver from Haiti.
Grapefruit essence is obtained by cold-pressing the peel of the fruit. It is used in citrus fragrances, to which it lends a fresh, piquant quality.
Violet leaves have a powerful and highly distinctive fragrance with green, botanical and slightly floral notes. The sensual scent of violet is featured in the surprising heart notes of Fahrenheit.
VETIVER FROM HAITI
Native to India and Indonesia, but also found in Haiti and Reunion, vetiver is a perennial plant whose fragrance is contained in its roots. The essential oil is obtained through steam distillation. The lingering scent of vetiver is used in woody and chypre compositions.
