OLFACTORY FAMILIES
Fragrances are traditionally classified into main olfactory or fragrance families.
Fragrances from a given olfactory family share certain characteristics or facets
and therefore have similar qualities. When choosing a Dior fragrance
you may find that you have a preference for one of the olfactory families.
DIOR'S CITRUS FRAGRANCES
The citrus fragrances include those based on citrus fruits and have fresh, sparkling and energizing notes.
DIOR'S AROMATIC FRAGRANCES
The aromatics include all compositions based on aromatic herbs such as lavendar, rosemary, thyme.
DIOR'S WOODY FRAGRANCES
The woody fragrances are based on harmonies most commonly made from the essential oils of cedar wood or sandalwood. The woody notes represent masculine sophistication.
