In an haute couture evening dress of black and white-printed pleated silk at the opening ceremony, in a top and skirt of multicolor striped silk crêpe for climbing the steps for the film A Thousand Times Good Night , in a black and white silk flower-embroidered dress with a houndstooth clutch for the dinner in honor of the director Hirokazu Kore-Eda… The star was the embodiment of French elegance right through to the closing ceremony for which she wore a striped black silk haute couture cocktail dress. At her side, the director Martin Scorsese, president of the jury, has been faultlessly chic in his Dior Homme satin tuxedo and wool suit with club tie.

Among the other prestigious personalities who turned out for the event were American actress Patricia Clarkson, also a jury member, Juliette Binoche, who was honored with an Etoile d’Or in recognition of her acting career, British actress Charlotte Rampling, Natasha Andrews, the French actors Pierre Niney and Tewfik Jallab, as well as Elsa Zylberstein - all choosing to wear Dior.
