Until January, the Parisian department store Le Printemps is devoting its windows to Dior and offering a number of limited editions. Now it's your turn to discover the Advent calendar as it opens its doors on the house.
Behind the cardboard facade of the house's legendary home at 30 avenue Montaigne, the whole Dior story can be found: Monsieur Dior's good-luck star which never left his pocket, his two favorite flowers, the rose and lily-of-the-valley, the J'adore perfume's amphora, the characteristic cannage motif that can also be found on the Lady Dior bag - the list goes on. Behind each of its doors, the Advent calendar conceals chocolates filled with fondant caramel or praline, with the Dior codes drawn on each in gold.
Throughout the first twenty-four days of the month of December, the chocolates are the stars of this fun and tasty tale. One yearns for them, and one is forced to wait, until, finally, one's patience is rewarded. Each day brings a new surprise. What code will it reveal? What flavor will it be? A countdown calendar to whet the appetite until it's time to open the gifts sitting under the Christmas tree.
