Revealing parallels that have always existed between Dior and the United Kingdom, Christian Dior's fascination with British culture and elegance also features, serving as introduction to the couturier’s many other passions (the 18th century, Belle Epoque style, flowers and gardens) that used to feature in his collections and continue to inspire his successors to this day. The space also pays homage to the incredible creativity of these Artistic Directors, highlighting the originality of styles by Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons and Maria Grazia Chiuri. In the style of a chromatic tribute to Dior's artful use of colour, accessories, hats, bags, illustrations, miniature dresses, lipsticks and iconic fragrances are brought together to form a spectrum of colours dear to Christian Dior and enhance this fascinating encounter with the world of Dior. The high point of this immersive exploration is "Le Salon", an area showcasing the splendour of fashionable parties via breathtaking dresses demonstrating the artistry and remarkable savoir-faire of Dior's haute couture workshops.
