What is Dior's policy on confidentiality?

The processing, confidentiality and security of your personal data is important to us.

We are committed to offering you personalised services, while respecting your privacy and choices, in accordance with the applicable personal data regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please consult the Christian Dior Couture privacy policy in the Privacy Policy section.

In order to provide you with the same personalised service worldwide, your data may be consulted by Christian Dior Couture entities situated in France and abroad, including countries where the applicable personal data legislation differs from that in force in your own or within the European Union, for example to access your purchase history from a boutique other than your main boutique. Your personal data might also be processed by our account for the purposes described above by our trusted third-party suppliers. We take all necessary safeguards, notably contractual, technical and organisational measures to guarantee the privacy and security of your data and to protect such data from any misrepresentation, damage, destruction or access by unauthorised third parties.

It is important that you can control your personal data. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access and make corrections to your personal data, in addition to the right to request its removal, to oppose the use of your data providing you have a legitimate reason, and to obtain limitation and portability, as far as this is applicable. You are also able to request to no longer receive personalised communications about our products and services.

Dior fashion shows

How can I attend a Dior fashion show?

Dior does not sell tickets to the fashion shows.  Guests invited to our fashion shows are selected by our press relations department located at our Paris headquarters. 
However, you can view our fashion shows by going to the "Women" section and/or the “Men” section on the Dior.com website.

How can I watch a Dior fashion show?

You can view Dior fashion shows by going to the Dior.com website, and clicking on "Women's Fashion" or "Men's Fashion". You will find our Haute Couture fashion shows as well as "ready-to-wear" and the silhouettes from the catwalks.
You can also click on "Dior TV" or download the "Dior TV" app on your smartphone to view all our fashion shows.

Dior products

Can I purchase Dior products on the online Boutique?

A selection of Dior products is available for sale online on the six Dior.com e-Boutiques (France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and South Korea). A product is available for online purchase whenever the word “Order” appears. You can also contact our Customer Service who can assist you with your purchases and, if you wish, reserve your articles at the boutique of your choice.

How can I find a Dior Boutique?

Dior products are sold in more than 220 Dior boutiques around the world.
You can find the list of our Dior boutiques at Dior.com by clicking on "Boutiques"

How can I find out if a product is available on Dior.com?

Some of our Dior items are available for purchase on the Dior.com website. In order to check the availability of an item, choose the article that interests you on our website and click on it. This will result in one of two things:
If the "order" button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes will be displayed.
It is, however, possible that the item you are looking for is not available for online purchase, in which case it will be marked "only available in boutiques".

You can contact our Customer Service, where our advisors will be delighted to assist you with your purchases and, if you wish, reserve your articles at the boutique of your choice.

How can I find a product on Dior.com?

The products on the website are organised by categories and by product line.
Please use the search engine, indicated by a magnifying glass, and enter the key words. All the products with a relevant match to your search will be presented.

If you have seen a Dior product in the press (magazine, TV ad, social media, etc.) that is of interest to you and you cannot find it on our website, please contact our Customer Service. Our advisers will provide you with information on the product features and availability in boutiques.

How can I find out the price of a Dior product that is not on the website?

We invite you to visit one of our Dior boutiques to discover our selection of items and prices. We will be happy to show you our collections. You can find the list of our Dior boutiques at Dior.com by clicking on “Boutiques”.

Your account

How can I create an account?

You can create your Dior customer account by clicking on the "Your Account" section located in the menu at the top of our website. Then click on "Create an Account" and fill in the obligatory information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click on "Validate". 
You will be sent a confirmation email to the address provided when creating your account.

Can I make changes or cancel my account on Dior.com?

You can modify the information on your Dior account by clicking on "Your account". Enter your user ID and your password and, once you are logged in, click on "My profile" to change or delete information.

If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

How can I find my account password?

If you forget your password, click on "Your account" and then on "Forgot my password". An email will be sent to you to reset your password.

Your order

How can I place an online order?

Some of our Dior products are available for purchase on our website.
To place an order, add a product to your basket by clicking “Order” on the selected product page. Please also select the size and quantity you want to order, if required. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “My basket” and then “Complete the order”.
You can then modify or validate your basket and select your delivery method before making your payment.
You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by selecting one of the following three options:
- log on to your Dior account if you already have one
- create a Dior account if you are ordering for the first time on Dior.com
- continue as a guest; this option enables you to place an order without creating an account, but your order history will not be saved.
Select your method of payment and fill in the information to complete your order.
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track your package's shipping.

How can I get help with placing my order?

How can I access my order history?

If you have created a Dior customer account, you can view your order history. Log in to your account and click on "My orders".

If you have placed an order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service to get this information.

Come verrà preparato il mio ordine?

Dopo la convalida dell'ordine, la preparazione avverrà entro 24 ore.
Per offrirti un'esperienza unica, dedichiamo particolare cura alla preparazione dell'ordine.
Ogni ordine è preparato nell'atelier Dior e confezionato singolarmente in un cofanetto chiuso da un nastro di seta. Il cofanetto viene quindi inserito in una scatola per garantirne la protezione e l'anonimato durante la spedizione.
Garanzie, certificati di autenticità e modulo di reso saranno allegati all'ordine.

How can I get a receipt for my online purchase?

For all orders placed on our Dior.com website via your Dior account, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email. Your receipt will also be sent along with your package to the billing address you provided. You can also get a hard copy of your receipt from your customer account on the Dior.com website by visiting the "My Orders" section then clicking on the receipt you wish to print.

If you placed your order as a guest, your receipt will be sent together with your order to the delivery address you provided. Should you wish to obtain a duplicate receipt, please contact our Customer Service.

I would like to give a Dior gift

Posso aggiungere all'ordine un messaggio personalizzato?

Prima di convalidare l'ordine avrai la possibilità di scrivere un messaggio personalizzato che sarà stampato e inviato unitamente al tuo ordine. Il messaggio sarà scritto su un biglietto che verrà inserito in una busta Christian Dior.

Will the price of the order appear?

If you place an order via your customer account on the Dior.com website, the receipt will be sent directly to you electronically at the email address registered to your account.
Price tags will be removed from the items you order.

Can the receiver exchange the gift?

If the recipient of your gift wishes to exchange the item, they should contact our Customer Service who will be delighted to guide them through the process.

What payment options are accepted on the Dior.com website?

Payment for purchases on Dior.com can be made using a debit, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express bank card or credit card, 
or by online bank transfer, by contacting our Customer Service

Is an online purchase on Dior.com secure?

All transactions done on the Dior.com website are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information.
Finally, we reinforce the security of payments by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards that are equipped for this. An additional step is taken at the time of payment, which enables verification of the identity of the credit card holder and validation of the transaction.
Each bank has its own authentication. For any question regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
In case of doubt, you can place your order by phone with our Customer Service from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm by calling +44 (0)20 7172 01 72.

In quale momento il pagamento sarà addebitato sul mio conto?

Your delivery

Has my order been sent?

If you placed your order via your Dior customer account, log in to your account then click on "my orders". You will then be able to consult the status of your order:

Cancelled: the order has been canceled by you or due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.
Pending: payment for the order has not been finalized. A Customer Service advisor will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
In preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.
Completed: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online. You can track your order using the tracking number at the following address: http://www.ups.com

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisors will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

If you placed your order via your Dior customer account, you can follow the progress of your order by logging in to your account then clicking on "my orders". Then click on the tracking number to track your order.

This same tracking number was also sent to you with your shipping confirmation email; enter it on the UPS courier website to track your order.

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisors will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.

How long does delivery take?

Your items can be delivered to your home address or to the address that you provided when placing your order on the Dior.com website. Your items will be delivered as soon as payment for your order has been registered, within 5 working days for standard deliveries and 2 working days for express deliveries. Should any items be unavailable, the delivery times may be modified. For more information, please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale and/or contact our Customer Service.

I placed an order but I have not received my package. What can I do?

If you placed your order via your Dior customer account, log in to your account then click on "my orders". You will then be able to follow the status of your order.
If you placed your order as a guest, please track the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email at the following address: http://www.ups.com.

If you do not receive your package within 5 working days, please contact the UPS Customer Service.

Returning your order

Posso restituire o sostituire presso una boutique un prodotto acquistato su Dior.com?

I prodotti acquistati nella boutique online Dior non possono essere restituiti a una boutique Dior né a un distributore autorizzato Dior.
D'altra parte, un prodotto acquistato in una boutique o presso un distributore autorizzato Dior non può essere restituito o sostituito tramite la boutique online.

How can i return a product online?

You can return any order to us within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to return a Dior product that you ordered via your Dior customer account, log in to your account then click on "request a return" in the "my orders" section.

The means and costs of returning your order are offered free of charge by Dior, subject to a limit of one return shipment per order. The items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documents provided when sending your order, as well as the receipt.

Once your item has been returned you will be reimbursed by credit or bank transfer, depending on the method of payment used when making your online purchase. For card payments, you will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the items by Dior. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will take longer to arrive.

For orders placed as a guest and for all returns requests, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisors will be pleased to guide you through the process.

Finally, if you wish to exchange a product that you purchased from our online boutique, please contact our Customer Service.

Come restituire un prodotto?

Se disponi di un account Dior, per effettuare un reso occorre procedere come segue:
1. Accedere all'account cliente.
Nella sezione "I tuoi ordini", fare clic su "Richiesta di reso"

2. Compilare il modulo di reso ricevuto insieme al pacco e accessibile anche dall'account cliente. Indicare se si tratta di una richiesta di sostituzione o di rimborso.

3. Richiedere il ritiro a domicilio.
Scegliere una delle fasce orarie proposte, indicando anche il/i prodotto/i da ritirare e precisando la preferenza (rimborso o sostituzione) e i motivi del reso.

4. Stampare l'etichetta UPS prepagata da incollare sul pacco.
Si riceverà un'e-mail di conferma della richiesta di ritiro.

5. Riporre il prodotto nell'imballaggio originale in perfetto stato, accompagnato da tutti gli accessori e i documenti forniti (garanzie, certificati d'autenticità), allegando anche la copia della fattura. Chiudere accuratamente il pacco.

6. Consegnare il pacco al corriere UPS.
Quest'ultimo si presenterà all'indirizzo indicato nella fascia oraria precedentemente scelta per il ritiro del prodotto. Si raccomanda di prendere ogni precauzione possibile al fine di garantire l'integrità del prodotto reso. Il reso di un qualsiasi prodotto danneggiato, usato, incompleto o sporco farà decadere il diritto al rimborso e ti verrà nuovamente inviato.

What do I need to do if my product is damaged or if it is not the product I ordered?

If one of your products is damaged or the items delivered do not correspond to your order, please contact our Customer Service.

E-reservation

What is "e-reservation'?

"E-reservation" is a service on the "dior.com" website that allows you to reserve a product in a specific version or size to try on at a previously selected Dior store. There is no obligation to purchase the selected product following an "e-reservation".

How can I "e-reserve" a product?

Log in to your customer account on the "Dior.com" website. The "e-reservation" service is reserved for customers with an account on our website. On the e-commerce website you can select a product in a specific version or size to "e-reserve".

You will then be shown a list of stores where the product is available identifiable with the help of a « reserve in boutique » button.

Once you have accepted the "e-reservation" conditions, your request will be validated.

How many products can I "e-reserve"?

"E-reservation" is limited to one (1) product at a time, in one (1) version or one (1) size. You can have up to two (2) e-reserved products in progress at any one time.

When can I come to the store?

Within 2 hours of your "e-reservation", you will receive a confirmation email or text message inviting you to come to the store within 24 hours of receipt of the message. If you do not visit the store within 24 hours, the "e-reservation" will be automatically cancelled.

How do I try my item on?

Visit the store you selected when you "e-reserved" your product within 24 hours of receiving your "e-reservation" confirmation. Show the "e-reservation" number(s) you were sent in the confirmation email or text message (paper copy of the email or email/text message on your smartphone or tablet). You will then be given the product(s) to try on. 

Collect in store

Can I collect my order in-store?

You can collect products ordered on the Dior.com website in-store. This service is only available at certain Christian Dior Couture stores, and for certain products, when you choose the delivery method for your online order.

You will receive an email or text message when your order arrives at the store. You will then have 14 days to collect it, failing which the order will simply be cancelled.

To collect your order, speak to a member of our sales staff at the store and show them:
- the email or text message confirming availability of your order (paper copy of the email or email/text message on your smartphone or tablet), and

- valid ID.

Can I nominate another person to collect my order from the store?

Once your invoice has been received by email, you can nominate another person to collect your products from the store. Please enter their first and last name in the fields provided. Give your nominated person the invoice and forward him/her the email or text message confirming availability at the store. The nominated person should take these, together with his/her ID, to collect the items.

You will find an authorisation for pickup form in the boutique by a third party in the appendix of our general terms and conditions of sale.

When will my order be available in-store?

You will receive an email or text message when your order arrives at the store. You will then have 14 days to collect it, failing which the order will be cancelled and refunded.

HOW CAN I DESOSIT MY ITEM IN CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ?

For any repairs, you can deposit your Dior items in after sale services (Care Services) in our boutiques. They will be systematically appraised by our workshops. You will then be offered a quote and a repair time.

Where are Dior products manufactured?

When the House of Dior creates its products, it pays great attention to ensuring that their manufacture complies with the legislation in effect in France and in Europe.

Dior is committed to manufacturing its products in countries that have the best expertise for the product in question. Dior's leather goods collections are made exclusively in Italy. 
Our collections of shoes and ready-to-wear are manufactured in France and in Italy.
Our watches are manufactured exclusively in our workshops in Switzerland.

We produce our collections of haute couture and high jewellery exclusively in our workshops in Paris, France. 

Our Dior sunglasses and scarves are made in Italy. And our Dior jeans are made in Japan.

The House of Dior frequently buys small workshops to preserve these artisan trades (such as leather working in Florence, Italy and watchmaking in Switzerland). In these workshops, the selection of natural materials as well as the care taken in each phase of the process to create our products perpetuate and renew our tradition of excellence and elegance.

How can I get a Dior product repaired?

Dior offers its customers a range of repair services for any products purchased in boutiques and on Dior.com.

If you wish to have a Dior product repaired, please visit a Dior boutique.

The "boutiques" section on the Dior.com website allows you to locate your nearest boutique. The sales staff at our boutiques will be delighted to guide you and answer your questions.

If you do not have a Dior store near you or you cannot travel, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service. Our advisers will be pleased to tell you the procedure to follow.

To guarantee their quality, we inform you that Dior products are repaired exclusively in our workshops and by our artisans.
