Over and above the regulations, Dior excludes the following ingredients from the formulation of its new products while seeking alternatives that will maintain our products’ sensory qualities and performance:
• BHA (butylhydroxyanisole), diethyl phthalate, formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, ethanolamine, homosalate, palm oil and palm oil derivatives not certified by the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone, octocrylene, oxybenzone and other benzophenones, parabens, cyclic silicones (cyclohexasiloxane, cyclopentasiloxane), aluminum salts, triclocarban, triclosan, triethanolamine •

It is our firm belief that sustainable beauty begins with natural, sustainable ingredients.

100%	of formulas will feature an improved sustainability profile thanks to more sustainable ingredients by 2030.
80%	of our products contain more than 90% of ingredients of natural origin by 2030*.
80%	of biodegradable and non-ecotoxic ingredients by 2030.

Our goal for our 42 gardens and partner gardens is to move towards regenerative agricultural practices while also seeking to increase the proportion of organic certification in the other channels as much as possible.
