During a timeless interlude, Dior took over the Long Museum West Bund, China’s largest private museum. A showcase for classical and contemporary art, this prestigious setting – founded by collector couple Liu Yi Qian and Wang Wei – was transformed for the occasion.

Decorated with giant disco balls and acid-hued lights, the space dazzled with the Pop audacity embodied by Maria Grazia Chiuri’s silhouettes. A radiant vitality permeated the space: it was a celebration of pure joy.

Resembling a mesmerizing dance floor, the catwalk was wrapped in leopard print, a tribute to Mizza Bricard, the caryatid of elegance who also inspired a series of looks by the Creative Director of Dior women’s collections.

Mirroring this magnetic atmosphere was a musical composition by Giorgio Moroder, punctuated by Maripol’s vocals. At the heart of this collective dialogue, the creations asserted their singularity and sense of liberty, symbolizing rebirth.

As the ultimate surprise, singer Joey Yung and the Chinese rock group Black Panther staged exceptional live performances.
