The savoir-faire of the Aquarius collection

Designed by Cordelia de Castellane, the Aquarius tableware collection poetically evokes the river that flows past the mill at Monsieur Dior's country home in Milly-la-Forêt. A haven of peace where Christian Dior found refuge, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris: “I could retire into my bower of flowers, and listen in peace to the bells of Milly,” he wrote in his memoirs.

Freshwater fish, adorned in luminous shades of blue and green, teem elegantly on the glassware blown in Italy, and on the earthenware plates made in France. The ultimate detail, demonstrating the House's exquisite craftsmanship, table linen is delicately embroidered and painted by hand. Virtuoso creations to be discovered in pictures.
