THE LONGOZA GARDEN IN MADAGASCAR

  • In 1992, Dior identified a fascinating flower in the heart of Madagascar: longoza. Used by locals for its medicinal properties, wild longoza is harvested only once a year, in accordance with ancestral practices.

VINES FROM CHATEAU D’YQUEM

  • At Château d’Yquem, the geological and climatic conditions, combined with the high mineral content of the soil, create an exceptional terroir. In the early spring, the House of Dior harvests the sap-filled shoots. 

WHITE NYMPHÉA FROM LATOUR-MARLIAC

  • The Latour-Marliac Nymphéa Garden has ensured the traceability and perpetuation of the original varieties of French nymphéas for 150 years. To ensure plant regeneration, each rhizome is harvested while protecting the local environment.

THE IRIS GARDEN IN TUSCANY

  • The Dior Iris Garden was created in 2018 through a partnership with the Toscana Giaggiolo cooperative. 2,300 bulbs were planted by hand. From garden to extract, the iris is treated in an authentic artisanal manner.
