The Dior Icons capsule collection campaign

Drawing the contours of a neo-wardrobe for men, Kim Jones has created the Dior Icons capsule, infused by radical yet discreet luxury. Its timeless pieces in understated tones are suitable for every occasion, day or evening. From tailoring to sportswear, knitwear to denim, each item is distinguished by its purity and art of detail, exalting the essence of Dior style. This fresh identity is showcased in a brand-new campaign embodied by Dior ambassador Robert Pattinson.

“I talked about clothing and fabrication with Robert a lot because he has a huge interest in fashion. I thought it would be perfect for him to wear Dior Icons because we discussed it in the conception of the collection. He is a good friend of mine so it seemed it would be nice for him to model in it.” Kim Jones

Bathed in natural light, the shots taken by photographer Alasdair McLellan convey the refined sobriety of this outstanding line. Sublimated in noble materials like cashmere, poplin and virgin wool, it illustrates the virtuosity of the Ateliers, with long, structured coats and elegant, minimalist trousers. Reflecting the House’s history and unique heritage, these objects of desire subtly magnify Dior codes, such as the color gray – a favorite of the founding-couturier – or the Dior Oblique motif that adorns the lining of certain jackets.
