In order to use the Parfums Christian Dior virtual try on feature, you must be at least 13 years of age. You confirm that you are providing images of yourself, and, if relevant, your own contact details via that technology, and not those pertaining to any other individual. You also confirm that you are using this software in connection with your shopping experiences with Parfums Christian Dior, and not for any unrelated or unlawful purposes. To protect the privacy of other individuals, the photos taken by the camera positioning of your smart phone or electronic device must only capture your photo and not that of any other persons.

If you choose to use Parfums Christian Dior’s virtual beauty technology, Parfums Christian Dior must view photos, and/or facial geometry or images of you (“biometric images”) that you display to us via your device during the virtual try on session. The specific images will depend upon the photos that can be viewed via the camera images visible to Parfums Christian Dior from your electronic device. Those images will only be used in connection with your virtual try on request, and are not retained or stored by Parfums Christian Dior or its partners. The images are also not used by Parfums Christian Dior or its partners for unrelated purposes. Parfums Christian Dior and its partners have also implemented appropriate security measures to safeguard the images while they are visible to us which are commensurate with the sensitivity of that information. Once the virtual try on session concludes, the images are not stored. Parfums Christian Dior’s security and retention practices do not extend to your device or to any copies of the images that you may retain or store.
