"I created the Rouge Dior collection so that every woman would have the opportunity to express herself by choosing shades and mixing and matching them however she desires," states Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup.
1. First, apply Dior Contour lip liner to define the lips.
2. For a perfectly even result, apply lipstick using a Dior Backstage Retractable Lip Brush N° 31, starting at the center of the lips and working outwards.
3. For more intense color, complete the look by applying lipstick directly to the lips.
