Dior Forever is the no-transfer Dior foundation that gives the complexion 24h* of high perfection without touch-ups and enhances its natural matte finish. It evens out the complexion, visibly tightens pores, smooths the skin and controls shine. Through its formula composed of an 86%** skincare base infused with floral extracts, this fluid foundation provides the skin with a feeling of comfort and lets it breathe, while lastingly improving skin quality. Tested through heat and humidity, resistant to sweat, it ensures a flawless natural matte finish. This foundation is clean,*** formulated according to a strict list of ingredients. Enriched with iris, wild pansy, rose and nasturtium extracts, it reveals more beautiful skin day after day. Non-comedogenic.     Every order is carefully prepared in an iconic Dior gift box. Products are beautifully arranged and wrapped in pleated tissue paper. The signature bow adds a finishing touch to this unique experience. Dior also gives you the option of including a personal message, which adds the perfect touch when sending a gift.

  • DELIVERY

    Standard or free delivery

    Standard delivery (DHL): delivery takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free on all orders overs 50€. Delivery is charged 4.90€ for orders that are less than 50€.



    Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday deliveries. The delivery time applies as soon as you receive the order dispatch confirmation e-mail.



    Your order may be delivered to your usual place of residence or to the address indicated when you ordered online on our Dior.com website. In case of unavailability of items, delivery times may be modified.



    Please note that your order will take between 1 and 4 days to be prepared, excluding weekends. If you wish to return your package, please take into account the return conditions for a refund acceptance of your order.



    You can return your order within 30 days of receipt using the prepaid return label inside your order. Dior will cover the cost of return shipping, up to a limit of one return per order.



    All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, bags, instructions, warranty, etc.) and accompanied by the duly completed return documents.



    In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer to PCD. If one of them is not sent, we will not be able to accept the return and your refund will be blocked. We will not authorize any reshipment to the customer if the return decision is withdrawn.



    Personalized or engraved products are not subject to refund, with the exception of damaged products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your Dior products. You can return your unwanted products if they are unopened and meet the retraction conditions and place a new order on Dior.com.



    Customers are advised to keep all proof of return (tracking number, etc.).



    Once the item has been returned, received in our warehouse and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be made by credit or bank transfer depending on the payment method used at the time of the online purchase.



    For payment by credit card, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by our warehouse.

    For payment by bank transfer, the refund period will be extended.

    You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days of your returned order arriving in our warehouse and fulfilling the return conditions. Your refund will be credited to the same bank account as the original payment. If the order was paid for with a gift card, please contact Customer Service to obtain a new card. If you have not received your refund within 20 calendar days of the return of your package, please contact Customer Service.



    Engraved and personalized products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect.
