An extraordinary trunk, only 150 of which are available worldwide, intricately embroidered with a myriad of flowers. The 200 ml bottle of Miss Dior Parfum is nestled at the heart of this magical, soft-hued garden created by French artist and longtime friend of the House of Dior, Eva Jospin. Miss Dior brings to life a dreamy harmony that intertwines nature- and couture-inspired motifs around a rare bottle. Its famous bow is decorated for the occasion with a floral motif intricately embroidered on the sheer organza, in echo to the delicate branches and poetic flowers on the trunk. An exceptional, hand-embroidered adornment that required hours of passionate, meticulous work by the Chanakya workshops in India. The mini trunk was expertly crafted by the skilled artisans of the Christian Dior Couture workshops. Each panel framed with golden studs depicts a soft and radiant floral bloom. An elegant, couture leather label features the timeless golden letters of Miss Dior. This trunk is home to Miss Dior Parfum, a reinterpretation of the legendary chypre signature of Miss Dior by Francis Kurkdjian, Dior Perfume Creative Director. A voluptuous fragrance woven with sparkling notes of mandarin, in which the scent of star jasmine, studded with dew drops and fruity facets, balances the melody of wood notes. A Miss Dior Parfum haute couture edition
The artist created the trunk as an enchanted garden that conveys the beautiful world of Miss Dior Parfum, Francis Kurkdjian's composition celebrating jasmine with delightfully fruity gourmand perfume notes heightened by elegant woods. Each panel of the trunk is intricately embroidered and then assembled by hand, drawing on the trunk-making expertise of the Christian Dior Couture workshops.
Frequently collaborating with Maria Grazia Chiuri, the Chanakya workshops in Mumbai have brought their savoir-faire to the creation of the delicate decorative bow. The Chanakya School of Craft accompanies Indian women of all ages, teaching them the many traditional Indian techniques of hand embroidery. This exceptional creation showcases the brilliance of Indian craftsmanship and helps give a voice to women.
