Dior Hydra Life Intense Sorbet Creme is the hydrating cream for normal to dry skin. This hydrating and luscious balm combines naturalness and effectiveness: enriched with hyaluronic acid and a mallow complex from the Dior gardens, and composed of 93%* natural-origin ingredients, its creamy texture lightly settles on the skin to deliver 48 hours** of hydration, intense nourishment and lastingly soothe feelings of discomfort without a greasy or sticky effect. All day long, the Intense Sorbet Creme hydrates the skin thanks to a complex of mallow extract and mallow yeast extract that supports*** the skin’s natural hydration cycle. Ideally hydrated and nourished, the skin looks plump, smooth and soft, small red patches seem soothed. Day after day, the skin is visibly more luminous, stronger and naturally beautiful. Apply the Dior Hydra Life Intense Sorbet Creme hydrating cream morning and night, after your serum. Also use it as a face mask by leaving it on topical dry areas for 5 minutes.     You can add a personalized message to your order during the checkout process. You can use the Latin alphabet, numbers and punctuation. It is not possible to use symbols or emojis in your personal message.



    Each order is sent in a single box. If you would like more than one gift box, please place separate orders.



    For an even more environmentally friendly option, you can choose to forgo the gift box and packaging in favor of the lightweight eco-shipment box available exclusively on Dior.com.     All personalized orders (e.g. charms, engravings) will be sent in an eco-friendly shipping box. We will not be able to send the Couture Gift Box if you have chosen Green AOG at the time of payment. During special periods such as Christmas or Mother's Day, all orders will be accompanied by a dedicated Art d'offrir. This special offer is subject to availability at the time of preparation.

  • DELIVERY

    Free delivery on all orders

    Standard delivery (DPD): delivery takes place within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery is free for all orders over CHF 100.





    Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. The delivery time applies as soon as you receive the order dispatch confirmation e-mail.



    Your order can be delivered to your usual place of residence or to an address indicated when ordering online on Dior.com. In case of unavailability of an item, delivery times may be modified.



    Please note that your order requires a preparation time of 1 to 4 days, excluding weekends. If you wish to return your package, please take into account the return conditions for a refund acceptance of your order.



    You can return your order within 30 days of receipt using the prepaid return label inside your order. Dior will cover the cost of return shipping, up to a limit of one return per order.



    All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, bags, instructions, warranty, etc.) and accompanied by the duly completed return documents.



    In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer to PCD. If one of them is not sent, we will not be able to accept the return and your refund will be blocked. We will not authorize any reshipment to the customer if the return decision is withdrawn.



    Personalized or engraved products are not subject to refund, with the exception of damaged products. You may return your unwanted products if they are unopened and meet the retraction conditions and place a new order on Dior.com.



    Customers are advised to keep all proof of return (tracking number, etc.).



    Once the item has been returned, received in our warehouse and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be made by credit or bank transfer depending on the payment method used at the time of the online purchase.



    For payment by credit card, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by our warehouse.

    For payment by bank transfer, the refund period will be extended.

    You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days of your returned order arriving in our warehouse and fulfilling the return conditions. Your refund will be credited to the same bank account as your original payment. If you have not received your refund within 20 calendar days of your return, please contact our Customer Service Department.



    Engraved and personalized products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect.
