You will receive an email with the invoice for your order as soon as your package has been shipped. Please note that no paper invoice will be included in the package.

If you have a Dior account, you can also download your invoice directly from your profile under “My Orders.”

If you placed your order as a guest, the invoice will only be sent by email to the address provided at the time of order. For additional copies, please contact our Customer Service.

After the order confirmation, the billing address cannot be changed.

Giving is an art, and at Parfums Christian Dior, this art is expressed through unparalleled attention to every detail. As part of our Art d’Offrir, two packaging options are available to you when placing your order.

The first is the Eco Shipping Box, which is the default choice. Designed to reduce our environmental impact, this box is 46% lighter than the Couture Gift Box, fully recyclable, made from 90% recycled cardboard, and FSC™ certified.

The second option is the Couture Gift Box, a box with a couture spirit inspired by the ateliers at 30 avenue Montaigne, where our haute couture pieces are created. It embodies the care and high standards of our workshops to make every gift an exceptional and unforgettable moment. For special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, or Valentine’s Day, the iconic white grained box is systematically replaced by an exclusive edition specially designed to enhance these exceptional moments.

Please note that unfortunately it is not possible to change this choice after the order has been confirmed. Each order is shipped in a single box; if you wish to receive multiple gift boxes, we invite you to place several separate orders.

Some products, such as Miss Dior ABCDior, Miss Dior Bow, and Sauvage Wild Woods, are already presented in an exclusive box specially designed for them. For these items, only the Eco Shipping Box will be offered at checkout; therefore, the Couture Gift Box is not available.
 

As a creator of more responsible and sustainable luxury, Dior now designs all its iconic gift packaging in 100% recycled and fully recyclable* paper and cardboard.​
For an even more eco-friendly option, you can choose to refuse the gift box or clutch and packaging in favor of the lightweight shipping eco-box available exclusively on Dior.com. With its 46% weight reduction, this minimalist, fully recyclable* packaging saves over 2.5 tons of cardboard and the equivalent of one ton of CO2eq for 10,000 shipments.​

To create your customer account on Dior.com, click the profile icon at the top right of the website, then select “Create Account.” Fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) and click “Create Account” again to complete your registration.

You will receive an email to confirm your email address. Please click the link in that email to activate your account.

Creating an account on www.Dior.com allows you to be quickly identified by the house during your purchases on the online store.
You can also:

• Consult the history of your orders
• Follow the delivery of your orders and returned products
• Update your contact details

For your safety, Dior.com does not save information from your credit card and will in no way share your personal information with a third party.

You can update your Dior.com account information in the “Your Account” section. To do so, click the profile icon at the top right, log in with your username and password, then go to the “Personal Information” section to update your details.

Account deletion cannot be done directly online. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service.

To subscribe to the Parfums Christian Dior newsletter, scroll to the bottom of our Dior.com website and enter your email address in the designated field, then confirm your subscription.

You can also manage your communication preferences in your customer account under the “Newsletter” section, where you can select the types of messages you wish to receive and your preferred contact channels.

To unsubscribe, click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email you receive or change your settings directly in your account.

To check a product’s availability, simply select it on the website.
If the “Order” button appears, you can purchase the product online. Only available sizes will be displayed.
If the product is not available online, the “Notify Me” button will allow you to receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

For every online order, receive two complimentary samples, carefully selected and regularly renewed. For all orders over 150 CHF, receive a complimentary miniature.
Customers with a Dior.com account benefit from two miniatures for any order exceeding this amount.

We also offer the Try-On Service: for certain new Maison fragrances and for all La Collection Privée Christian Dior scents, a matching sample is automatically added to your order (subject to availability).

This Try-On Service allows you to discover the fragrance upon receipt, without opening the bottle. If it doesn’t suit you, you may return the unopened product in accordance with our return policy.

Products eligible for the Try-On Service are clearly identified on their product page.

All benefits, including samples and miniatures, are subject to availability at the time your order is prepared.

Once the product has been added to your basket, the “Promo code” option will appear in your order summary, before selecting samples and miniatures.

We recommend checking that the product linked to your code is present in your basket to confirm that the gift has been successfully added.

You will typically receive a confirmation email within 2 to 5 minutes after completing your order. Please check both your inbox and your spam folder, as this email may sometimes be redirected there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received the confirmation, please contact our customer service.

An order or item may be cancelled if there is a stock shortage at the time of processing or due to a technical issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive an email, and the payment will be reversed within a few days.

If you placed your order through your Dior.com customer account, log in to your personal area and click on “Perfume & Beauty Orders.” There, you can view the status of your order:

• Processing: Your order has been confirmed and is being prepared.
• Shipped: Your order has been sent to the specified delivery address.
• Cancelled: The order was cancelled, for example due to product unavailability or payment not being confirmed.

Order processing can take 1 to 2 business days. For orders placed on a Thursday or Friday, processing may be postponed to the following week.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to track the shipment until delivery.

We’re sorry, but once confirmed, your order can neither be cancelled nor modified. Our system processes orders very quickly to ensure the fastest possible shipping.

However, we’re confident you’ll love the products you selected. If that’s not the case, you are of course welcome to return your order for a full refund.

You can only place up to 3 orders per day. If you wish to have a special gift box for every product, we invite you to place multiple orders.

The charge to your card depends on the chosen payment method. For payments made via PayPal, the amount is debited immediately. For other payment methods, a pre-authorization is made at the time of the order, and the final charge is only applied when your order is shipped.

We kindly invite you to ensure that you are browsing the version of the website corresponding to your desired delivery country. Please also make sure that the address provided is a residential address, as we do not deliver to pick-up points, hotels, or automated lockers.

If the issue persists despite these checks, we invite you to contact our Customer Service, who will be happy to assist you in completing your order.

Standard Delivery : Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
A signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery is complimentary for all orders over 100 CHF.
A 7 CHF delivery fee applies to orders under 99 CHF.

Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.
We invite you to update the delivery address directly on the carrier’s platform once you have received the tracking number.

Orders placed on Dior.com/en_ch can only be delivered to Switzerland.

Deliveries to other countries are not available at this time.

If you wish to be delivered to another country, please scroll to the bottom of the page, in the footer, and click on "Choose your Country or Region & Language". Then select the desired delivery country to access the local version of the site and place your order.

Please note that all complimentary items—such as gifts, samples, miniatures, or pouches—are subject to availability at the moment your order is prepared.
If an item is unavailable, it will not be included in your package, and unfortunately, we are unable to resend or replace it afterwards

If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your package.

To help us process your request more efficiently, please have the following information ready:

• Your order number
• A photo of the package, including the shipping label
• A photo of all the items received in the package
• A copy of the invoice you received by email with the shipping confirmation
   

Our team will conduct the necessary checks and get back to you as soon as possible.

We hope you like your order, but if you didn’t, you have 14 days to return it.

Please note that return costs are at the client’s expense and will not be reimbursed upon receipt of the parcel.

Steps to return your order:

1. Complete the return form included in your parcel, indicating the reason for your withdrawal, and place it inside the package.
2. Attach the return label to your parcel, ensuring all previous labels are removed.
3. Drop off your parcel at the pickup point of your choice.

We strongly recommend keeping the proof of delivery, as it is essential for confirming receipt and resolving any potential issues.

You will receive a refund within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return at our warehouse, provided that the return conditions are met.

Once the return has been validated by our team, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will then be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

If you have not received the refund within 20 calendar days from the receipt of the return, please contact our Customer Service.

At Parfums Christian Dior, we love personalizing your products to offer you a unique experience. We offer different options:

Engraving

• Personalize your product by selecting the "Engraving Service" option directly on the product page.
• This service is available only on a selection of products.
• The number of allowed characters varies depending on the model, with only one capital letter possible at the beginning of the text.
• Please note that it is not possible to add different engravings on multiple units of the same product within one order.

Miss Dior ABCDior – Personalized Charms

• Personalize your Miss Dior 100 ml bottle with ABCDior charms. This customization is available only for the 100 ml size.
• Please note that engraving and charms cannot be combined on the same bottle.

Sauvage Wild Woods – Personalized Wooden Cap

• Give a special touch to your Sauvage fragrance (Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, Parfum, or Élixir – 60 ml and 100 ml sizes) with a custom wooden cap. Two noble and sustainable wood essences are available: Congo ebony or Cameroon wenge. You can also have a personalized engraving on the cap.
• Please note that it is not possible to engrave both the bottle and the wooden cap for the same item.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of defect.

Personalized orders (excluding engraving) are shipped in an exclusive Art d’Offrir gift box, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Only the Eco Shipping Box option is available at checkout.
