Dior Saint-Tropez

A sunny celebration of la dolce vita, fashion and gastronomy

In tribute to the art de vivre of the French Riviera, the House announces the reopening of its Saint-Tropez boutique. A veritable haven, it is inspired by the gardens that captured Christian Dior’s imagination, notably those at La Colle Noire, his Provençal home tucked away in the hills of the Var.

Set within a historic country house featuring blue shutters and luxuriant greenery, this location has been designed as a homage to the beauty of nature and the southern light so cherished by the founding-couturier: a gentle, sun-drenched retreat, suspended outside of time.

Spanning two floors – connected by a majestic staircase adorned with a contemporary fresco – this dreamlike domain has been entirely renovated and expanded: the House’s signature style fuses with the authenticity of Provence through elegant mouldings, delicate colour schemes and terracotta floor tiles of southern style.

The ground floor is home to shoes, accessories and a selection of unique leather goods, as well as the fragrances of La Collection Privée and homeware. The women’s collections designed by Jonathan Anderson breathe new life into the space, in their subtle interplay of freshness and audacity. Upstairs, a refined area in almond green tones embodies the sunny charm of the Riviera. Dappled with sketches of constellation inspiration, intimate salons showcase exceptional bags and pieces of haute joaillerie. Exclusive creations, designed specially for the reinvented boutique, complete this experience.

Echoing the friendships forged by Christian Dior with the artists of his time, works of art fill the space, including a piece by François-Xavier Lalanne, a monumental sculpture signed Ugo Rondinone, and chandeliers by Erik Höglund. The ensemble is enhanced with designer furniture by Joy de Rohan Chabot, Franck Evennou, Paul Kingma and Stefan Leo.

Prolonging this outdoor enchantment, a Café Dior invites guests to enjoy a gourmet break in the shade of the parasols. Only a few steps away, the Monsieur Dior restaurant pays tribute to the art of hospitality, cherished by the founding couturier, in a setting at once classic and modern, combining rattan and stripes. Three-Michelin-starred chef and friend of the House, Mauro Colagreco, has conceived a bespoke menu: a series of culinary creations reinterpreting the close bond between Dior and the natural world. Poetically named Rubis de Méditerranée, Drapé de soleil and Envolée de plumes, the dishes mirror Christian Dior’s deep attachment to the Mediterranean, in a harmonious interplay of hues, textures and flavours.
