*Qualifying thresholds will be changing from 12th January 2026
Your loyalty status - Pearl, Silver, Gold, or Platinum - is determined based on two factors:
- The number of qualifying purchases made
- Total amount spent within the past 12 months
Once a status level is achieved, it is valid for 12 months, unless you make additional qualifying purchases that elevate you to a higher tier with the exception of Platinum.
Please note that both your total spend and number of purchases are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis. This means that each day, purchases made more than 12 months ago are no longer counted towards your status. As a result, your progress toward the next tier may change daily.
Example:
Purchase 1: 1st March 2025 (£100)
Purchase 2: 1st May 2025 (£200)
Purchase 3: 1st July 2025 (£300)
As of 1st May 2025, you reach Silver status as you meet the criteria of at least 2 purchases with a total spend of £250 or more within 12 months.
As of 1st July 2025, you reach Gold status by meeting the criteria of at least 3 purchases and a total spend of £600 within 12 months. Your Gold status will then remain valid until 30th June 2026, unless you reach Platinum status before that date.
On 1st March 2026, the purchase made on 1st March 2025 (£100) will no longer count towards your rolling 12-month total. Whilst your Gold status remains valid until 30th June 2026, your rolling 12 month spend total is £500 (purchase 2&3). When your status expires on 30th June 2026 you will need to spend £100 or more prior to expiry to maintain your Gold status.
To reach Platinum status, you must meet both of the following within a 12-month period:
- A minimum spend of £1,200
- At least 4 purchases
Therefore, to reach Platinum status, you must make at least 2 additional purchases with a combined total spend of £700 or more.
Important: If you make 2 or more purchases in a single day, the combined spend of all your purchases on that day will be counted. However the 2 or more purchases made on the same day will count as a single purchase.
