Dior Maison is unveiling the new Plan de Paris collection, celebrating the streets of the capital, from Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, where Monsieur Dior found his lucky star, to 30 Avenue Montaigne, the iconic Dior address that shines with savoir-faire of the utmost excellence. Shaded in beautifully graphic nuances of beige and gray, this entrancing motif – revealed during Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Dior spring-summer 2023 ready-to-wear show – adorns a selection of exceptional creations.
Christian Dior’s beloved timeless signature, Toile de Jouy, which is constantly reinvented, now adorns the Dior Maison creations as a tribute to the founding couturier.
Christian Dior was particularly fond of lily of the valley, a symbol of the fine weather heralding the arrival of spring and the haute couture season. A magical thinker, he would sew a sprig of it into the hem of each of his dresses. As a tribute to this fascination, the Muguet collection – dreamed up by Cordelia de Castellane – has been enriched with new items dedicated to the art of tableware.
