A STEP AHEAD

Hybrid accessories, between evening and day, and bridging the masculine and feminine, leather gloves extend far up the arm. Worn with short-sleeved jackets, they boast pockets in the shape of the Saddle bag for a practical and modern take on Dior luxury.

NEW MUST-HAVES

The male wardrobe this season is enriched with a series of modern accessories, evoking the collection’s utilitarian spirit. Stiff leather pouches, conceived for the connected man, can accommodate up to two smartphones. Leather wallets, some with the Saddle silhouette, are worn on belts, attached with a carabiner. In a nod to Christian Dior and Kim Jones’ faithful pet dogs – Bobby and Cookie, respectively – two keychains, created in their likenesses, accessorize the bags.

SIGNATURE JEWELS

Revisited by Raymond Pettibon, the “CD” initials punctuate brooches, pins and earrings. Echoing the American artist’s punk aesthetic, safety pins, embellished with an ornament in the shape of a bottle cap, fastened the neck of a knitted sweater. Another accessory paying tribute to his work, bracelets, whose chunky link allure was set off with a Dior-engraved lock circled the models’ wrists.
