How can I reset my account password ?
You can easily reset your password by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). You can click on “Forgotten Password” to enter your email address. We will send you an email to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you didn’t receive the email. Follow the instructions in the email by clicking on the redirection link to reset your password directly on the website.
How can I subscribe/unsubscribe to the Dior newsletter ?
To subscribe to our newsletter, please visit the "Newsletter" section and fill in the registration form.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, click on the link at the bottom of each Dior newsletter. You can also contact our Customer Service with any questions regarding our Dior newsletter. Our advisors will be delighted to assist you.
What are the advantages of creating an account ?
Creating an account enables you to track the delivery of your Dior purchases and helps you to consult your order history. You can also update your contact information in your account.
For your security, Dior.com does not save your credit card information and will not share your personal data with any third parties.
How can I create an account ?
You can create your account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Then click on \"Create an account\" and fill in the obligatory information. Finally, click on “Create my account\".
You will be sent a Confirmation email to the email address provided when creating your account. If you require assistance or further information, please contact our Customer Service.
Can I make changes or cancel my account on Dior.com?
You can modify the information in your Dior account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Enter your email address and your password and, once you are logged in, click on the options under \"Your profile\" to change or delete information.
If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

Has my order been sent ?
If you placed your order via your account, log in to your account in the upper right corner of the homepage. You will then be able to consult the status of your order:
Pending: the payment for the order has not been finalized. A Customer Service Adviser will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
Unfulfilled: order has been validated and is being prepared.
Fulfilled: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online. You can track your order contacting one of our Customer Service Adviser.
Cancelled: the order has been cancelled by you or due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated.
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.
How can I track the delivery of my order ?
You will receive emails about your order’s status; you will first receive a confirmation order email with your order reference then a shipping confirmation email also mentioning your order reference. At any time of the delivery process you can contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.

How do I return my order ?
To return your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of purchase. Ensure the products are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging, including any accessories or promotional gifts.
Engraved, customized, made-to-measure, and makeup products cannot be returned.
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 15 to 30 days in accordance with your original payment method. This return policy applies only to purchases made on our website.

How do I apply a promo code?
Simply add items to your shopping bag and begin the check-out process. Many promo codes require you to be logged in to use the code. During the Payment stage, please enter your promo code in the box provided and click Apply. Dior.com can process only 1 promo code per order.
I placed an order but I have not received my parcel. What can I do ?
If you do not receive your package within 6 working days, please contact our Customer Service.
How long will it take to receive my refund after my return ?
You will receive your refund within 15 to 30 calendar days after returning. Your refund will be credited to the same bank account as the original payment. If you have not received your refund within the mentioned period, please contact our Customer Service.

Dior offers complimentary gift packaging for every gift order*. Your order will be presented in an elegant Dior gift box or clutch, this will be tied with a satin ribbon. You receive one gift box or clutch for each order. This offer is valid while stocks last.
Do you send a receipt in the box if my order is a gift?
All Dior.com orders are paperless, you will receive no receipt with your gift.
Can you engrave my Dior products after purchase ?

What are the delivery options ?
We offer the following delivery options within the UAE:
Standard Complimentary Delivery: Delivery across the UAE within 2 to 3 days. This option is complimentary for all orders.
Express 4-Hour Delivery: This option is available in Dubai only for purchases made before 5pm. It is complimentary for orders above 300 AED. For orders below 300 AED, a delivery fee of 50 AED will be applied.The estimated delivery date, including order preparation and shipping, will be provided at checkout.
Order delivery may face delays during festive periods, shopping season and public holidays
How can I find out if a product is available on Dior.com ?
In order to check the availability of a product, choose the Dior product that interests you on our website and click on it. This will result in one of two things:
If the “Add to cart" and “Buy now” buttons appear, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes will be displayed.
If the “Sold out” mention appears, this means that the product is out of stock. Contact the Customer Service for more information. You can also suscribe to the back in stock alert.
If you can’t find the product you are looking for on our website, kindly contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you.
Do I receive any extras with my order ?
Dior would like to offer you:
- x2 complimentary samples on every order
- x1 complimentary travel size miniature for orders over 800 SAR
- x1 complimentary gift on orders placed during special weeken promotions as notified on the website
You can simply select and add these complimentary Dior products to your basket and begin the check-out process by clicking “Proceed to checkout”. This offer is valid while stocks last, and can be withdrawnor amended at any time without notice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order nor change the delivery address. Any queries, you can send an email to our Customer Service.
Can I exchange my Dior product ?
Unfortunately, it not possible to exchange your Dior products. You can return your unwanted products and place a new order on Dior.com.
How can I get a receipt for my online purchase?
For all orders placed on our Dior.sa website via your Dior account, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email and a packing slip with your order. If you placed your order as a guest, the packing slip will be sent together with your order to the delivery address you provided.

All transactions done on Dior.com are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information.
Can I return my Dior product if it's engraved ?
Unfortunately, engraved product cannot be returned except when due to defect.

How can I join Dior Beauty Privé?
To join the Dior Beauty Privé membership program, you simply need to create a Parfums Christian Dior account on Dior.com or in one of the eligible Parfums Christian Dior points of sale.
Where can I find my information?
To access your information just log into your Dior.com account. You can keep track of your status progress, discover benefits and rewards of your status level, and check your purchase history in your Dior.com account.
My Dior.com account is blocked, what can I do?

How do you define my status in Dior Beauty Privé?
Your most recent status in MY EXCLUSIVE BEAUTY PROGRAM will be transferred to your Dior Beauty Privé account. You will retain a status level for 12 months if there are no further purchases made to reach the threshold of the next status level. All members with fewer than two transactions will start with the Pearl status and will be able to move from one status to another (Silver, Gold, Platinum) according to purchases made. New members with first transaction of AED9,500 or more will be given the Gold status. Platinum status is the highest level, and once reached, you will retain the status level for 12 months.
How can I obtain my gifts?
You will receive instructions by email when you are eligible for a gift.
For Silver members, gifts will be available only at a participating Parfums Christian Dior point of sale.
Online redemption of Program gifts (where available under these Terms) is only available for Gold and Platinum Members whose Mother POS is the Website. Gold and Platinum Members are free to redeem online or in stores, as per their preference. If a Member’s Mother POS is a physical boutique or retail counter, online redemption does not apply; such gifts must be redeemed in-store at the Mother POS.

How can I improve my status?
The number and value of your purchases in the preceding 12 months will determine your status. Multiple purchases made on the same day will count as a single purchase for the purposes of the Dior Beauty Privé program. Are my Christian Dior Couture purchases taken into account in Dior Beauty Privé?
Your Couture purchases are not eligible purchases for the purpose of Dior Beauty Privé as the membership program rewards only your beauty purchases. You are rewarded when you purchase Perfumes, Skincare or Make-Up products, as well as La Collection Privée products on Dior.com or in the eligible Parfums Christian Dior points of sale; paid Dior beauty services and Fashion Accessories (eyewear, fashion jewellery and small leather goods purchased within Participating Dior Beauty Boutiques in the UAE).

Are Dior products hypoallergenic?
Dior products are made to prevent customers from allergic issues.
Do Dior products contain gluten?
Dior assures that all products do not contain gluten in the ingredient formulas. Moreover, as a preventive measure and to go further with the fight against cosmetic allergies, Dior has removed all proteins and wheat hydrolysis proteins from products. However, despite of a high attention with the tracking system, Dior cannot certify that commodities have not been in contact with gluten during the providers production process.
Does Dior test on animals?
Dior does not test any product on animals.

Ingredients are listed on the product page of each product under “Ingredients Listing”. You can also find the ingredients on the packaging. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer service.

My order arrived, but an item is missing. What should I do?
If an item from your order is missing, please contact us at 8003467 or contact.ae@diorparfums.com.
Kindly provide your order number, email address, and phone number, and if possible, share a photo of the parcel showing the shipping label and received contents. Once confirmed, we will proceed with a refund for the missing item using the original payment method.
How do I report a damaged item?
If you notice that a product is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at 8003467 or contact.ae@diorparfums.com
Kindly share your order number, email address, and phone number, along with clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process at our expense and issue a full refund via the original payment method.
How can I report a missing Gift with Purchase?
If your order qualified for a complimentary gift and it was not included in your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team at 8003467 or contact.ae@diorparfums.com.
