The website https://www.dior.com/en_ae/beauty/ (hereafter referred to as the “Website”) is operated by Parfums Christian Dior Emirates L.L.C trading as Parfums Christian Dior, a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with headquarters located at PO Box 115962, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, whose paid share capital is 2,500,000 United Arabic Dirhams (hereafter referred to as “Parfums Christian Dior Emirates”, “we”, “us”, “ours”).

The Website is the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior Emirates, the sole entity authorized to use and exploit the intellectual property rights, individual rights and any other intellectual property right relating to this Website and owned by or expressly licensed to Parfums Christian Dior Emirates, particularly the brands, drawings, models, copyrights and image rights.

Browsing this Website and the use of its contents are subject to these Parfums Christian Dior Emirates Terms of Use (hereafter referred to as “Terms of Use”). By accessing and browsing this Website, the user fully accepts these Terms of Use.

Delivery Zone

The Parfums Christian Dior Products offered on the Website are distributed exclusively in the United Arab Emirates (hereafter referred to as the “Delivery Zone”). Any order with a delivery address located outside the Delivery Zone will be rejected during the order process.

Terms and Conditions

The purpose of these Terms of Use and the General Conditions of Contract (hereafter referred to as the “Conditions”) is to regulate the use of the Website, the availability of the information provided in the online store at the Website as well as the commercial transactions that take place between Parfums Christian Dior Emirates and the users of the domain of the Website. The Terms of Use and Conditions are collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”.

Parfums Christian Dior Emirates can modify the Website and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice whenever it deems it useful or necessary for the Website to function properly. These Conditions must therefore be read before placing each order. Accordingly, we invite you to regularly check these Terms and Conditions.

Accuracy and Updates & Liability

Parfums Christian Dior Emirates does its best to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up-to-date and reserves the right to correct its contents at any time. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates disclaims all liability for: (i) any ambiguities, inaccuracies, omissions or damage resulting from a third-party intrusion that has modified the information contained on the Website; (ii) damage caused by unauthorized third-party access to the Website or the inability to access the Website. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates accepts no responsibility for the content of other pages linked to the Website. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates hereby informs Website users that the Terms of Use may be modified at any time. These modifications become effective as soon as they are published on the Website, and any user who subsequently accesses the Website fully accepts these modifications. It is therefore the user’s responsibility to read these Terms of Use carefully prior to browsing the Website. The user is hereby informed that Parfums Christian Dior Emirates may interrupt access to the Website at any time for maintenance, security or any other reason.

 

YOUR CONTENT

You are responsible for your use of the Website, for any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials which you upload or post to the Website (collectively “Your Content”), and for any consequences thereof. Most content you submit, post, or display through the Website is public by default and will be able to be viewed by other users and through third party services and websites (with the exclusion of your purchase information unless it is provided for purposes other than the purchase). You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms and Conditions.

When posting Your Content, you agree not to make comments that are not factual in nature including without limitation making any racist comments, using profanity, abusing another user, disrespecting another culture or any other derogatory or inappropriate comments. We may not monitor or control Your Content and, we cannot take responsibility for Your Content. Any use or reliance on Your Content, or content provided by any party other than Parfums Christian Dior Emirates (such as other users) (“Other Content”) or obtained by you through the Website is at your own risk. Your Content may be moderated and may take up to 48 hours to be displayed but Parfums Christian Dior Emirates does not commit to checking all Your Content or Other Content and will not be liable for the same. If you have a complaint about any posts please contact our Customer Service. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to publish or to remove any Your Content or Other Content that it believes may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions or to people's privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trade marks, patents and copyrighted content, contains personal data or improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses.

We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of Other Content or endorse any opinions expressed via the Website. You understand that by using the Website, you may be exposed to Other Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. You may not: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Website, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Website by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by us (and only pursuant to the Terms and Conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with us; (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Website to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Website, or by scripting the creation of Your Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Website.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The purchase of Products through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In order to make purchases on the Website, you must provide your personal details, including your real first and last name, valid mobile telephone number, valid e-mail address, payment details, valid billing address and other requested information as indicated. You represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete and correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The Website is only available to persons who meet Parfums Christian Dior Emirates terms of eligibility, those who hold a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Parfums Christian Dior Emirates, and those who have authorized us to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the product(s) which they purchase. Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and shall not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or for any other commercial benefit. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or delivery address.

By making an offer to purchase Products(s), you expressly authorize Parfums Christian Dior Emirates to perform credit checks and to transmit or obtain your credit/debit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, validate your credit/debit card, obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and/or authorize individual purchase transactions, as we deem necessary. You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and such personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

 

General Conditions of Purchase

Placing an Order

To place an order, visitors must visit the Website and register as a user, or, instead, place the order as guests without registering as user, by filling out, on both cases the corresponding online form available at all times on the Website and following the instructions indicated on the Website. To place an order, visitors must add the Product they wish to purchase to the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout, following the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the order form provided.

Parfums Christian Dior Emirates only sells products via the Website to Consumers. Products are solely intended for the Customer personal use, excluding any connection to his/her professional capacity. The prices and offers appearing on the Website are valid only for online orders placed at the Website and they may not coincide with the prices and offers available from other distributors of the Products. All prices published on the Website are in United Arabic Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of taxes.

By confirming an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept these Conditions as part of concluding the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the Website constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between Parfums Christian Dior Emirates and its customers. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates will store and provide access to the electronic document that formalizes the contract.

Once a purchase is made, Parfums Christian Dior Emirates Customer Service Department will send a purchase receipt by email as soon as possible within 24 hours after the purchase. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates will issue a paper invoice once the order leaves our warehouses and is proven paid that could be downloaded by going to the “My orders” section of the “My account” page. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates warns that sales invoices cannot be modified once issued, without prejudice to your right to obtain a corrected invoice in those cases provided for under current regulations. The invoice will be issued in the name of the individual or company that places the order. It is therefore important to ensure that the order is placed using the correct name.

Product Availability

The selection of Products offered on the Website is valid as long as the Products appear on the Website, provided that Parfums Christian Dior Emirates has stock available. As with all ecommerce, stock is updated online. It is therefore possible for stock to run out while completing the purchase process. In such cases, it will be not possible to continue the transaction that is underway. Should a Product be out of stock or temporarily unavailable, Parfums Christian Dior Emirates will contact you to advise accordingly and offer a new delivery date or cancel the order if the Product cannot be delivered. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates reserves the right to modify the Products appearing on the Website at any time and without notice. Notwithstanding the above, Parfums Christian Dior Emirates shall make its best efforts on offering the client a satisfactory alternative.

Order Confirmation

After you confirm your order, it will be sent to Parfums Christian Dior Emirates for processing. You will not be able to modify or cancel your order except under those situations set forth in the Conditions or the provisions established by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By confirming your order, you fully accept all the Conditions. You will be sent an email summarizing your order.

Payment Methods

Prices for Parfum Christian Dior Products are indicated in AED and are inclusive of taxes. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products on the Website at any time and without notice. Product invoicing will be based on the price list appearing on the Website at the time your order is confirmed, subject to the availability of the Products ordered at that time. We accept the following means of payment: APPLE PAY, VISA, MASTER CARD. Payments made through the Website will be processed online with the corresponding banking institution. The banking institution in question will be responsible for automatically storing and processing the information relative to different orders, including bank card data. Your order will be processed once the purchase and payment processes have been fully completed. Should any of the Products ordered not be available (see “Product Availability”), Parfums Christian Dior Emirates shall inform the client about satisfactory alternatives or similar products and, in case the client chooses to give up with the purchase, the amount of the undelivered Products will be refunded to the bank card account used to make the purchase, on the understanding that the order has been canceled.

Product Delivery

Delivery Address

  • Products purchased on the Website can only be delivered within the Delivery Zone. Any delivery address located outside the Delivery Zone will be rejected during the order process. Orders using a PO box as the delivery address will not be processed. The merchandise will be sent to the delivery address within the Delivery Zone specified in the order.

Delivery Terms

  • Standard delivery: Standard delivery is free of charge and will be made within two (2) to three (3) business days*. *Please note there are remote locations within UAE that may have longer delivery times, which are dependent on our delivery provider.
  • Express 4-Hour Delivery (Dubai only): Express delivery is available in Dubai only and guarantees shipment within 4 hours of order placement for the orders submitted before 5pm. For express orders with a value less than 300 AED, a delivery fee of 50 AED will be applied. Orders with a value of 300 AED or more are eligible for free express delivery. Please note that during festive periods, peak shopping seasons, and public holidays, Express Delivery may experience delays or become temporarily unavailable.

Delivery Problems

  • If we fail to ship your express order within the guaranteed 4-hour timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to our operational error, you may be eligible for a refund of the express delivery fee. To request a refund, contact contact.ae@diorparfums.com within 24 hours of the order placement and provide your order number. Refunds are not applicable if the delay is caused by incorrect delivery information, force majeure, festive periods, peak shopping seasons or public holidays, or any other reasons outlined in this section. The maximum refund will be limited to the amount paid for the Express 4-Hour Delivery service.
  • Should you not receive your Product, or should the standard delivery be delayed by more than four (4) business days, you should contact Parfums Christian Dior Emirates at contact.ae@diorparfums.com.
  • If there is nobody at the address provided to accept delivery, the courier will contact you to agree upon a new delivery date or a pickup location. On delivery, please check the shipment; note any discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged merchandise) on the delivery note and contact us via the Website’s “Contact us” section. Upon acceptance of delivery, ownership and risk transfer to the recipient. If the Products do not correspond to your order or you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return them per the “Return Policy” section.

 

Returns

  • Make-up products (including without limitation mascara, lipstick, powder, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • Engraved and/or customized products, made-to-measure items cannot be returned.
  • If you are not satisfied with Products purchased exclusively from the Website you may return your purchase within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase. Fill the Return Form and email it to contact.ae@diorparfums.com.
  • Products must be returned unopened and sealed, in their original condition and complete original packaging, along with any accessories and promotional/loyalty gifts (if applicable). Contact us after filling the return form so we can arrange the carrier pickup.
  • Parfums Christian Dior Emirates has sole discretion in determining whether Products have been returned in their original condition. Incomplete, broken, damaged, worn, unsealed or used items will not be refunded; they will be made available to the sender or returned at Parfums Christian Dior Emirates’ discretion.
  • We disclaim liability for loss/shipping delay/incorrect address on returns; you assume risks of your chosen shipping method. Keep proof of return (e.g., certified mail receipt).
  • If you exercise your right to return, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, within fourteen (14) calendar days from your cancellation notice; we may withhold until goods are received or proof of return is provided. Refunds use the original payment method. This right applies only to Website purchases, not to in-store purchases.

 

Intellectual Property

The Website is an original, creative work protected by the laws governing intellectual property. The Website and all elements that comprise it are the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior Emirates. Any reproduction, representation or modification, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. The brands and domain names that appear on the Website are the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior Emirates; any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates has used all reasonable means to ensure that the information obtained through the Website is accurate, but makes no guarantee as to its accuracy, integrity and up-to-dateness and disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website.

All material on the Website (drawings, source code, designs, images, photos, audio, written text, logos, trademarks and other distinctive marks) is the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior Emirates or its subsidiaries and is protected by applicable rights. Its use, reproduction in whole or in part, distribution, public dissemination, transformation or similar activity is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. License to use any content is limited to downloading for private use, provided notices remain intact. You may not remove copyright, trademark or other property notices. Limitation of Liability

Information may change without prior notice. Parfums Christian Dior Emirates disclaims all liability for the lack of availability and/or continuity of the Website or services, and makes no guarantee that the Website is free of viruses or other elements that may affect your computer; we disclaim liability for damages due to such elements. Indemnification

Availability

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Access to the Website as well as the use of its contents is subject to the conditions set forth in the Terms of Use of the Parfums Christian Dior Emirates Website. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and all disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. These Terms and Conditions are reproduced in English and Arabic. If there is any inconsistency between the English text and the Arabic text, the English text will prevail.

My Exclusive Beauty Program: Terms & Conditions

Dior Beauty Privé Program – Terms & Conditions (UAE)

Effective Date: October 22nd, 2025

Parfums Christian Dior Emirates L.L.C., trading as “DIOR” or “CHRISTIAN DIOR”, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with commercial license number 587077 and its registered office at P.O. Box 115962, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("PCDE" or “DIOR”), operates a loyalty program called the Dior Beauty Privé (the "PROGRAM") within participating Dior Beauty stores in the United Arab Emirates (“PARTICIPATING DIOR BEAUTY BOUTIQUES”), and on DIOR’s Website, as listed below.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you ("Member" or "You") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

 

2. Program Eligibility

2.1 The Program is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • And if under the age of 18 years old and/or minor (“Minor Member”), a parent or legal guardian completes or authorizes enrolment and agrees to these Terms on the Minor Member’s behalf. The parent/guardian is responsible for the account and all Program activity.

DIOR may request proof of age/identity and proof of parental authority/consent, and may suspend or close the account if these are not provided or were misrepresented. If an individual misstates their age or provides invalid consent, we may cancel enrolment, void rewards in accordance with Clause 10, and restrict re-enrolment.

  • 2.2 One membership account per natural person is allowed, linked to unique personal identifiers (full name, email address, and mobile number). Members must provide correct, complete and up-to-date information to receive benefits.
  • 2.3 Program is personal to the registered Member and cannot be transferred or used by another person.
  • 2.4 No purchase is required to enrol, but personal data must be provided. Membership is for personal, non-commercial use.
  • 2.5 Non-residents may enrol, but only purchases made in the UAE count towards tier qualification.
  • 2.6 Gifts and Benefits may be redeemed at participating DIOR stores by Members across all Tiers. Online redemption via the Website is currently limited to Gold and Platinum Members, and is subject to the Mother POS Rule (Clause 2.12). Redemptions are subject to stock, identity and tier verification, and channel-specific terms. DIOR may modify eligible channels/tiers per Clause 11.
  • 2.7 The Program is available upon request when purchasing in Participating Dior Beauty Boutiques. Registration is via in-store form or the Website. Pass activation within seventy-two (72) hours post registration.
  • 2.8 DIOR may request documentation at any time to verify identity for subscription to the Program.
  • 2.9 No physical loyalty card is issued.
  • 2.10 Purchases in Participating DIOR Beauty Boutiques (in-store or online) are automatically added to your account; cancellations/refunds are also reflected. Members can find Program info at Dior Beauty Privé.
  • 2.11 If DIOR determines the same person holds multiple accounts, data/benefits will be merged into a single account; duplicates removed.

2.12 Mother POS (Point of Sale) Rule

Each Member is assigned a Mother POS (boutique, retail counter, or Website) where the Member has the highest number of eligible purchases over the rolling 12-month evaluation period. Ties resolved by higher net spend; if still tied, DIOR may assign at its discretion.

  • a) Where you redeem. Unless DIOR agrees otherwise, gifts and complimentary services must be redeemed at the Member’s Mother POS.
  • b) Online redemption (Gold/Platinum). Available only for Gold/Platinum Members whose Mother POS is the Website. If Mother POS is a physical location, gifts must be redeemed in-store at the Mother POS.
  • c) Reassignment. DIOR may reassess/update Mother POS at each status review or when purchase patterns change.
  • d) Discretionary exceptions. Subject to stock/operations, DIOR may permit redemption at another participating location in the same Emirate (or via the Website) at its discretion.

Online purchase data may take up to 3 business days to appear. All third-party retailers/marketplaces not mentioned herein are excluded.

1 Orders below AED 300 may incur delivery fees. Express same-day delivery only in Dubai depends on eligible areas and cut-off times and may be unavailable at times. The minimum spend requirement does not apply to Platinum Members.

5. Status Review & Validity

  • 5.1 Status Review Cycle: Membership status is assessed on a rolling 12-month basis from the most recent upgrade or last status confirmation.
  • 5.2 Upgrades: Automatic upon meeting criteria; benefits available for 12 months from upgrade; Welcome Tier Gift upon upgrade (subject to availability). Benefits do not accumulate across tiers.
  • 5.3 Downgrades: If criteria not met in 12 months, downgrade applies at period end; 30-day grace period to redeem prior benefits (subject to availability); review at term end.
  • 5.4 Calculation Basis: Evaluations based on net cumulative eligible purchases/spend over preceding 12 months. Net spend excludes taxes/delivery and deducts discounts, returns, redemptions.
  • 5.5 Notification: Status changes communicated via registered email; DIOR not responsible for incorrect/outdated emails or issues beyond DIOR’s control.
  • 5.6 Access: Members may view status via the Website, Account Portal, or Captain Wallet (if available) at POS, newsletters and Dior systems.

6. Eligible Purchases

  • 6.1 Qualifying purchases include: Dior Fragrance, skincare, make-up, La Collection Privée, paid DIOR beauty services, and Fashion Accessories (eyewear, fashion jewellery, small leather goods) purchased within Participating Dior Beauty Boutiques in the UAE. Couture products do not count.
  • 6.2 Excluded: couture, discounted partner sales, promotional giveaways, taxes, shipping, returned items.
  • 6.3 Returns/refunds reverse the corresponding spend and purchase counts.

7. Benefits & Redemption

7.1 Nature of Benefits: Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash; at DIOR’s discretion based on status.

7.2 Beauty Services:

  • Gold: two (2) complimentary Beauty Services per Benefit Year; Platinum: three (3). Unused entitlements expire and do not roll over.
  • Booking & Availability: advance booking required; subject to availability at participating locations.
  • Cancellation / No-Show: cancel ≥ 24h before; late/no-show forfeits the entitlement.
  • Non-transferable and may not be sold or converted to cash/other benefits.
  • Verification & Changes: identity/tier verification required; services may be substituted and Clause 11 may amend this clause.

7.3 Welcome Tier and Birthday Gifts:

  • Birthday Gift: available on and after Member’s birth date.
  • Welcome Gift: available only upon new tier status confirmation.
  • Gifts must be redeemed within 60 calendar days from notification. Online gift redemption is only for Gold/Platinum Members whose Mother POS is the Website.
  • Gifts subject to availability; may be replaced with items of equivalent value at DIOR’s or the Participating Retailer’s discretion.

7.4 Members must present valid identification and proof of membership for redemption.

7.5 No benefit (including gifts/services) may be transferred or exchanged for cash.

8. Account Management

  • 8.1 Monitor account via https://www.dior.com/en_ae/beauty or Captain Wallet app.
  • 8.2 DIOR may request documentation to verify identity at any time.
  • 8.3 Members must keep contact details up to date.
  • 8.4 Termination requests: 800DIOR or contact.ae@diorparfums.com.
  • 8.5 Information must be personal, complete, correct, readable and usable; keep updated in-store or online. DIOR is not responsible for non-receipt of gifts due to outdated/incorrect info.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

As part of subscription and/or Membership, DIOR collects personal data to administer the Program (e.g., track purchase records, allocate tiers, inform entitlements). By enrolling, you consent to processing for Program administration. Separate opt-in consent is required for profiling/personalized marketing/targeted ads and can be managed in account settings. DIOR may share data with subcontractors/affiliates within the UAE (and transfer outside the UAE) under safeguards consistent with UAE PDPL (e.g., SCCs) including DIOR/LVMH entities (e.g., Parfums Christian Dior Orient FZCO – UAE; Parfums Christian Dior SA – France). Members may exercise PDPL rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection incl. marketing, portability, consent withdrawal) in-store, via the Website, via 800DIOR or contact.ae@diorparfums.com. DIOR retains data as necessary for the Program; notify DIOR in writing to cease being a Member. DIOR may disclose data to lawyers, courts/subpoenas, government requests, statisticians for research, or where required by law. Members can update personal data anytime via “My Account”. With opt-in, DIOR may send offers/news/ads tailored to purchases/interests and combine Program data with interactions across DIOR services and, if cookies are accepted, personalize content/ads on DIOR and third-party sites (manage via browser settings or Privacy Charter). 10. Fraud & Misuse

  • DIOR may suspend/terminate for fraud/suspected fraud, abnormal purchase behaviour, multiple accounts, breach of Terms, or misuse of benefits.
  • All accumulated benefits forfeited upon termination.
  • Non-compliance may result in suspension/termination without compensation.

11. Program Changes or Termination

  • DIOR may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program/Terms in compliance with UAE law.
  • Material change notice via email or online; continued participation = acceptance.
  • PCDE may inform Members via mail/email/Website; Members should check latest Terms regularly. On termination, Members have thirty (30) days to redeem benefits, after which benefits are lost. PCDE is not liable for unused benefits and no compensation is due.

If Membership is unused for twelve (12) consecutive months, PCDE may deactivate it and accumulated benefits will be lost.

12. Liability

DIOR is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences relating to the Program; DIOR will use best efforts to ensure Members can benefit from their tier/status in case of malfunction.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted under UAE law, PCDE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; service interruptions or inaccessibility.

Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraud.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials related to the Program remain the intellectual property of DIOR. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE federal laws. All disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the Dubai Courts.
