Once the L’Or de Vie La Crème Riche jar is empty, refill it and reduce your environmental footprint from the first refill. Now twice** as concentrated in Yquem sap, the L’Or de Vie La Crème Riche formula is also enriched with Yquem minerals and wax. La Crème Riche was born from Château d’Yquem, a vineyard unlike any other in the world, whose vines are bestowed with exceptional longevity. It transmits this gift of longevity to the skin, which becomes visibly younger and more beautiful. * Amount calculated based on the ISO 16128-1 and ISO 16128-2 standard. Water percentage included.     Delivery & Returns

    ENJOY YOUR ORDER SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS*

    All orders placed before 9.00am are shipped within the same business day. Orders placed after 9.00am will be shipped the next business day. For engraved orders, please allow an extra 1 to 2 working days to fulfill your order.

    Order processing and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, business days only. The delivery estimate applies from the moment you receive the order dispatch confirmation email.

    All orders placed on the Dior Online Boutique must be signed for upon delivery.


    STANDARD DELIVERY

    Standard Parcel Delivery with Australia Post will be delivered within 2 to 6 working days from dispatch, subject to Australia Post timings. Please allow additional days for rural areas. Enjoy complimentary standard delivery for orders above $90. Orders below $90 will have a $5 standard delivery fee. 

     

    EXPRESS DELIVERY

    Express Post Delivery with Australia Post will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch, subject to Australia Post timings. Please allow additional days for rural areas. Express Delivery is not available for orders containing dangerous goods, including fragrance samples.

     

    RETURNS

    Complimentary returns are offered within 30 days from when you receive your order. We are unable to accept returns/refunds for engraved products, unless the engraved item is damaged upon delivery.

    To successfully return your damaged item, please download the Returns Form here, and return items using the original packaging. Items must be returned to the Dior Distribution Centre. Once the item has been returned and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be made by credit or bank transfer depending on the payment method used at the time of the online purchase. We are unable to exchange any items for change of mind. All returns must be sent back to the Dior online distribution centre within 7 days of contacting Customer Service.

    This policy is only applicable to purchases made online via the Dior Online Boutique – Dior.com/en_au website. For purchases made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to obtain an exchange or return.
