Orders may be exchanged within 30 days of reception, or returned within 7 days of reception, with the label provided. Our boutiques can also process the exchange or manage the return on your behalf.

Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Should any items be unavailable, the delivery times may be modified.

- Scheduled Premium Delivery (Same-Day or Scheduled Delivery): Free for all orders, available six days a week, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) , from 9am to 8pm.

- Pick-up in Store: Free for all orders, available in selected boutiques.

Dispatch within 24 hours

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 6 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after that. Orders placed at weekends and on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours.
