The website https://www.dior.com/en_qa/beauty (hereafter referred to as the “Website”) is operated by PCD DOHA PERFUMES & COSMETICS WLL trading as Parfums Christian Dior, a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of Qatar with headquarters located at PO Box 23971 Doha, State of Qatar, whose paid share capital is 200,000 Qatari Riyal (hereafter referred to as “Parfums Christian Dior”, “we”, “us”, “ours”).

The Website is the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior, the sole entity authorized to use and exploit the intellectual property rights, individual rights and any other intellectual property right relating to this Website and owned by or expressly licensed to Parfums Christian Dior, particularly the brands, drawings, models, copyrights and image rights.

Browsing this Website and the use of its contents are subject to these Parfums Christian Dior Terms of Use (hereafter referred to as “Terms of Use”). By accessing and browsing this Website, the user fully accepts these Terms of Use.

Purpose and Scope of Application

The purpose of these General Conditions of Contract is to regulate the availability of the information provided in the online store on the Website as well as the commercial transactions that take place between Parfums Christian Dior and the users of the domain https://shop-beauty.dior.ae/.

Parfums Christian Dior can modify the Website and/or Conditions at any time and without notice whenever it deems it useful or necessary for the Website to function properly. These Conditions must therefore be read before placing each order.

All Website users can print and/or save these Conditions digitally in order to read our Conditions in greater detail.

Delivery Zone

The Parfums Christian Dior Products offered on the Website are distributed exclusively in State of Qatar (hereafter referred to as the “Delivery Zone”). Any order with a delivery address located outside the Delivery Zone will be rejected during the order process.

Terms and Conditions

The purpose of these Terms of Use and the General Conditions of Contract (hereafter referred to as the “Conditions”) is to regulate the use of the Website, the availability of the information provided in the online store at the Website as well as the commercial transactions that take place between Parfums Christian Dior and the users of the domain of the Website. The Terms of Use and Conditions are collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”.

Parfums Christian Dior can modify the Website and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice whenever it deems it useful or necessary for the Website to function properly. These Conditions must therefore be read before placing each order. Accordingly, we invite you to regularly check these Terms and Conditions.

By browsing the Website the user fully accepts all of the Website’s Terms of Use and General Conditions of Contract as well as its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Use of all or part of the Website, particularly for downloading, reproducing, transmitting or representing its content for reasons other than personal, private and noncommercial use, is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy and Updates & Liability

Parfums Christian Dior does its best to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up-to-date and reserves the right to correct its contents at any time. Parfums Christian Dior disclaims all liability for: (i) any ambiguities, inaccuracies, omissions or damage resulting from a third-party intrusion that has modified the information contained on the Website; (ii) damage caused by unauthorized third-party access to the Website or the inability to access the Website. Parfums Christian Dior accepts no responsibility for the content of other pages linked to the Website.

The user is hereby informed that Parfums Christian Dior may interrupt access to the Website at any time for maintenance, security or any other reason.

YOUR CONTENT

You are responsible for your use of the Website, for any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials which you upload or post to the Website (collectively “Your Content”), and for any consequences thereof. When posting Your Content, you agree not to make comments that are not factual in nature including without limitation making any racist comments, using profanity, abusing another user, disrespecting another culture or any other derogatory or inappropriate comments. We may not monitor or control Your Content and we cannot take responsibility for Your Content. Any use or reliance on Your Content, or content provided by any party other than Parfums Christian Dior (“Other Content”) or obtained by you through the Website is at your own risk. Your Content may be moderated and may take up to 48 hours to be displayed but Parfums Christian Dior does not commit to checking all Your Content or Other Content and will not be liable for the same.

If you have a complaint about any posts please contact our Customer Service. Parfums Christian Dior reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to publish or to remove any Your Content or Other Content that it believes may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions or to people's privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trade marks, patents and copyrighted content, contains personal data or improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses.

We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of Other Content or endorse any opinions expressed via the Website. You understand that by using the Website, you may be exposed to Other Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any of Your Content or Other Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in Your Content or Other Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of Your Content or Other Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Website or broadcast elsewhere.

ELIGIBILITY

The purchase of Products through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. You must provide accurate personal details and valid payment/billing information. Products are for personal or gift use only and shall not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Parfums Christian Dior may restrict multiple quantities to one customer or address.

By making an offer to purchase, you authorize necessary credit checks and anti-fraud checks; personal information may be disclosed to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

General Conditions of Purchase

Placing an Order

To place an order, visitors must visit the Website and register as a user or place the order as guests by completing the online form and following the on-screen instructions. Add Products to the cart and proceed to checkout to complete and submit the order form.

Parfums Christian Dior only sells via the Website to consumers for personal use. Prices and offers on the Website apply only to online orders and may differ from other distributors. All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QR) and inclusive of taxes.

By confirming an order, you expressly accept these Conditions. The data recorded by the Website constitutes proof of transactions. Parfums Christian Dior will store and provide access to the electronic document that formalizes the contract.

After purchase, Customer Service will send a purchase receipt by email as soon as possible within 24 hours. A paper invoice will be issued once the order leaves our warehouses; it can be downloaded in “My orders” from “My account”. Invoices cannot be modified once issued, except as permitted by applicable regulations.

Product Availability

The selection is valid while Products appear on the Website and stock is available. As stock is updated online, it may run out while completing purchase; in such cases, the transaction cannot proceed. If a Product is unavailable, we will inform you and offer a new delivery date or cancel the order. We reserve the right to modify Products at any time and will strive to offer a satisfactory alternative.

Order Confirmation

After you confirm your order, it will be sent for processing. You cannot modify or cancel except as set forth in these Conditions or under the laws of the State of Qatar. By confirming, you fully accept the Conditions. You will receive an email summarizing your order.

Payment Methods

Prices are indicated in QR and inclusive of taxes. We may modify prices at any time without notice; invoicing is based on prices at confirmation, subject to availability. We accept: VISA, MasterCard. Payments are processed online by the banking institution, which stores and processes order/payment data. Orders are processed once purchase and payment are fully completed.

If an item is unavailable, we may offer alternatives; if you cancel, amounts for undelivered Products will be refunded to the card/account used, and the order will be canceled.

Product Delivery

• Delivery Address: Deliveries only within the Delivery Zone. Addresses outside will be rejected. PO boxes will not be processed.
• Delivery Times: Two (2) to five (5) business days. Friday and Qatari bank holidays excluded. Delivery during working hours and after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Problems: If not received or delayed beyond six (6) business days, contact contact.qa@diorparfums.com. If absent at delivery, the courier will arrange a new date or pickup location. Check shipments upon delivery; note discrepancies on the delivery note and contact us via the Website’s “Contact us” section. Upon acceptance, ownership and risk transfer to the recipient.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and/or handling costs are included in the Product price for all shipments within the Delivery Zone.

Returns

• Make-up products (e.g., mascara, lipstick, powder) cannot be returned.
• You may return Website purchases within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Fill the Return Form and email it to contact.qa@diorparfums.com. Products must be unopened/sealed, in original condition and complete packaging, including accessories and promotional gifts.
• Contact us after filling the form so we can arrange the carrier pickup. Determination of original condition is at Parfums Christian Dior’s sole discretion. Incomplete, damaged, worn, unsealed or used items will not be refunded.
• We are not liable for loss/delay/incorrect address on returns; you assume risks of your chosen shipping method. Keep proof of return (e.g., certified mail receipt).
• Refunds (including shipping costs) will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from your cancellation notice, but we may withhold until goods are received or proof of return is provided. Refunds use the original payment method. This right applies only to Website purchases, not to in-store purchases.

Intellectual Property

The Website is an original, creative work protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior. Any reproduction, representation or modification, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Brands and domain names on the Website are the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior; any unauthorized use is prohibited.

All materials (drawings, code, designs, images, photos, audio, text, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of Parfums Christian Dior or its subsidiaries and protected by applicable rights. License is limited to downloading for private use, provided notices remain intact. You may not remove copyright or trademark notices.

Limitation of Liability

Given the dynamic nature of the Website, Parfums Christian Dior cannot guarantee complete veracity, accuracy, reliability, usefulness and/or up-to-dateness. Information may change without prior notice. We disclaim liability for lack of availability/continuity of the Website or services and do not guarantee that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful elements. We disclaim liability for damages due to such elements.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parfums Christian Dior and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms and Conditions. We may assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification. This obligation survives your use of the Website.

Availability

(i) It is technically impossible to guarantee a Website free of faults; (ii) faults may cause temporary unavailability; (iii) operation may be affected by conditions outside our control. We may modify or interrupt all or part of the Website for maintenance/improvements at any time; we are not liable for such modifications or interruptions.

DISCLAIMER

OUR WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY PRODUCT WARRANTY OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing herein affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of the State of Qatar. Use of the Website, services or products is at your own risk. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR OR ITS AFFILIATES/EMPLOYEES/DIRECTORS/OFFICERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT. YOU HEREBY RELEASE US FROM ANY OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES AND CLAIMS IN EXCESS OF THIS LIMITATION.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Access to the Website and use of its contents are subject to these Terms of Use. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar. These Terms and Conditions are reproduced in English and Arabic. In case of inconsistency, the English text will prevail.
