How can I reset my account password ?

You can easily reset your password by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). You can click on “Forgotten Password” to enter your email address. We will send you an email to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you didn’t receive the email. Follow the instructions in the email by clicking on the redirection link to reset your password directly on the website.

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe to the Dior newsletter ?

To subscribe to our newsletter, please visit the "Newsletter" section and fill in the registration form. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, click on the link at the bottom of each Dior newsletter. You can also contact our Customer Service with any questions regarding our Dior newsletter. Our advisors will be delighted to assist you.

What are the advantages of creating an account ?

Creating an account enables you to track the delivery of your Dior purchases and helps you to consult your order history. You can also update your contact information in your account. For your security, Dior.com does not save your credit card information and will not share your personal data with any third parties.

How can I create an account ?

You can create your account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Then click on \"Create an account\" and fill in the obligatory information. Finally, click on “Create my account\". You will be sent a Confirmation email to the email address provided when creating your account. If you require assistance or further information, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I make changes or cancel my account on Dior.com?

You can modify the information in your Dior account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Enter your email address and your password and, once you are logged in, click on the options under \"Your profile\" to change or delete information. If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

Has my order been sent ?

If you placed your order via your account, log in to your account in the upper right corner of the homepage. You will then be able to consult the status of your order: Pending: the payment for the order has not been finalized. A Customer Service Adviser will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order. Unfulfilled: order has been validated and is being prepared. Fulfilled: the order has been shipped to the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online. You can track your order contacting one of our Customer Service Adviser. Cancelled: the order has been cancelled by you or due to lack of availability of the product. It is also possible that payment of your order has not been validated. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.

How do I return my order ?

Please keep the original invoice for return requests. Products can be returned within 3 days. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Due to health and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, accessories, fashion jewelry, and sunglasses cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Exceptions may be considered under certain conditions and with the original invoice. Refunds are processed according to the original method of payment (cash or card) and may take between 15 to 30 days. All items purchased during sales or promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged. Refund is processed in accordance with your original payment method Cash / Card. All items purchased on Sale or Promotion can neither be exchanged or refunded.

How do I apply a promo code?

Simply add items to your shopping bag and begin the check-out process. Many promo codes require you to be logged in to use the code. During the Payment stage, please enter your promo code in the box provided and click Apply. Dior.com can process only 1 promo code per order.

I placed an order but I have not received my parcel. What can I do ?

If you do not receive your package within 6 working days, please contact our Customer Service.

How long will it take to receive my refund after my return ?

You will receive your refund within 15 to 30 calendar days after returning. Your refund will be credited to the same bank account as the original payment. If you have not received your refund within the mentioned period, please contact our Customer Service.

How do I return my order ?

Can you send my order as a gift?

Dior offers complimentary gift packaging for every gift order*. Your order will be presented in an elegant Dior gift box or clutch, this will be tied with a satin ribbon. You receive one gift box or clutch for each order. This offer is valid while stocks last.

Do you send a receipt in the box if my order is a gift?

All Dior.com orders are paperless, you will receive no receipt with your gift.

Can you engrave my Dior products after purchase ? 

Yes, it is possible in our 3 Boutiques in KSA. Please bring your sales receipt along and our team will be delighted to assist you:  Red Sea Mall – Jeddah Riyadh Park – Riyadh Dhahran Mall – Khobar

What are the delivery options ?

Dior offers complimentary delivery for all orders between 2 to 5 working days. For orders placed on Friday, your order will be out for delivery from the following Sunday. Please be advised that working days do not include Friday and National Holidays. In case of force majeur (curfew, lockdown, others…), the lead time can be higher than mentioned above.

How can I find out if a product is available on Dior.com ?

In order to check the availability of a product, choose the Dior product that interests you on our website and click on it. This will result in one of two things: If the “Add to cart" and “Buy now” buttons appear, this means that you can order it online. Please be aware that only the available sizes will be displayed. If the “Sold out” mention appears, this means that the product is out of stock. Contact the Customer Service for more information. You can also suscribe to the back in stock alert. If you can’t find the product you are looking for on our website, kindly contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you.

Do I receive any extras with my order ?

Dior would like to offer you: - x2 complimentary samples on every order - x1 complimentary travel size miniature for orders over 800 SAR - x1 complimentary gift on orders placed during special weeken promotions as notified on the website You can simply select and add these complimentary Dior products to your basket and begin the check-out process by clicking “Proceed to checkout”. This offer is valid while stocks last, and can be withdrawnor amended at any time without notice.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order nor change the delivery address. Any queries, you can send an email to our Customer Service.

Can I exchange my Dior product ?

Unfortunately, it not possible to exchange your Dior products. You can return your unwanted products and place a new order on Dior.com.

How can I get a receipt for my online purchase?

For all orders placed on our Dior.sa website via your Dior account, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email and a packing slip with your order. If you placed your order as a guest, the packing slip will be sent together with your order to the delivery address you provided.

All transactions done on Dior.com are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information.

Can I return my Dior product if it's engraved ?

Unfortunately, engraved product cannot be returned except when due to defect.

What payment options are accepted on Dior.com ?

Are Dior products hypoallergenic?

Dior products are made to prevent customers from allergic issues.

Do Dior products contain gluten?

Dior assures that all products do not contain gluten in the ingredient formulas. Moreover, as a preventive measure and to go further with the fight against cosmetic allergies, Dior has removed all proteins and wheat hydrolysis proteins from products. However, despite of a high attention with the tracking system, Dior cannot certify that commodities have not been in contact with gluten during the providers production process.

Does Dior test on animals?

Dior does not test any product on animals.

How can I find out the ingredients of a product?

Ingredients are listed on the product page of each product under “Ingredients Listing”. You can also find the ingredients on the packaging. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer service.

My order arrived, but an item is missing. What should I do?

If an item from your order is missing, please contact us at 8001111367 or contact.sa@diorparfums.com. Kindly provide your order number, email address, and phone number, and if possible, share a photo of the parcel showing the shipping label and received contents. Once confirmed, we will proceed with a refund for the missing item using the original payment method.

How do I report a damaged item?

If you notice that a product is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at 8001111367 or contact.sa@diorparfums.com Kindly share your order number, email address, and phone number, along with clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. Once verified, we will guide you through the return process at our expense and issue a full refund via the original payment method.

How can I report a missing Gift with Purchase?

If your order qualified for a complimentary gift and it was not included in your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team at 8001111367 or contact.sa@diorparfums.com. Our advisors will review your order details and coordinate with the nearest Dior Boutique to assist you in collecting your gift, subject to availability.
