Free Scheduled Delivery

Dior offers two free, fast, and secure delivery options:​ 

-  Scheduled Premium Delivery (Same-Day or Scheduled Delivery): Free, available seven days a week in select locations. Choose your delivery time at checkout.​ 

-  Pick-up in Store: Free and available in select boutiques.

Eligible items will be confirmed at checkout.​ 

Delivery times, including order preparation and shipping,will be provided at checkout. Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday, including holidays. An OTP code will be required upon delivery, except in select remote areas.​ 

Pick-up in Store is available for eligible items, confirmed during checkout.

Alternatively you can order online and opt to pick up from the Dior boutique of your choice.

Dispatch Within 24 Hours

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 3 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 3 p.m. Orders placed on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours.​

Free Returns Within 7 Days

You can return or exchange any order within 7 days of receiving it.​

Dior offers two return options: by post or in one of our boutiques, subject to certain conditions.
