You can return or exchange any order - in its original condition - within 7 days of receiving it, with all labels and tags attached.
Free Scheduled Delivery
Dior offers two free, fast, and secure delivery options:
- Scheduled Premium Delivery (Same-Day or Scheduled Delivery): Free, available seven days a week in select locations. Choose your delivery time at checkout.
- Pick-up in Store: Free and available in select boutiques. Eligible items will be confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch within 24 hours
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 3 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 3 p.m. Orders placed on bank holidays are dispatched within 48 hours.
