If you placed your order via your Dior Beauty account, you can follow the progress of your order by logging in to your account then clicking on ‘My Orders’. You may also visit the Australia Post website to enter your order your tracking number from Australia Post here.
How do I create an online account?
You can create your account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Then click on "Create an account" and fill in the obligatory information. Finally, click on “Create my account.” You will be sent a Confirmation email to the email address provided when creating your account. If you require assistance or further information, please contact our Customer Service. If you already have Dior Beauty Account with your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, please click the “My Account” page. Click “I forgot my password” on the right panel and enter your email address that you registered with. An email prompting you to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the details below.

*Express Post shipping (by air) is not available for orders with fragrance products and/or fragrance samples due to the dangerous goods classification by Australia Post. Orders containing fragrance products or fragrance samples must be shipped by Standard Parcel Post (by road).
Delivery times are based on orders placed before 9am AEST.
- Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding Australian public holidays,
- Shipping will take longer if product engraving is required. Dior Beauty will notify you when the order is shipped. Engraved products may not be returned under the 30 day Returns policy,
- Please expect delays in the event of public holidays or extreme weather conditions,
- Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order is placed. Dior Beauty is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice,
- Shipping to WA, NT or other remote and rural areas may take longer,
- All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Search or browse the site and select the product that interests you. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, you can register your interest by entering your email address in the “Notify Me” prompt. You will be emailed when the item is available.

If you are an existing Dior Beauty customer, there is no need to sign up. You will automatically be included in the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program. If you are new to Dior Beauty, simply create an account online at Dior.com/en_au/beauty/login, or visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia. To sign up to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, you must provide a unique email address and subscribe to email communications from us. Dior Beauty Privé has four membership statuses. Your Dior Beauty Privé membership status is calculated based on the spend and number of purchases you have made online at Dior.com/en_au/beauty or in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques within the last 12 months. You are eligible for different rewards & benefits depending on your Dior Beauty Privé membership tier. These rewards & benefits are detailed below and are only redeemable in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia. You are not able to redeem any of the benefits detailed below online at Dior.com/en_au/beauty, or in any other Department Stores or E-Concession Partners that stock Parfums Christian Dior.

Your Dior Beauty Privé membership status is calculated based on your spend and number of purchases over a 12-month period online at Dior.com/en_au/beauty or in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia. Your 12-month spend is reviewed daily, so each purchase you make will contribute to your Dior Beauty Privé membership status. Your most recent purchase will take up to 4 days to reflect in your Dior Beauty Privé membership status in your online account. This allows time for your system to recalibrate and reconcile new purchases before they contribute to your Dior Beauty Privé membership spend.

On your birthday, registered on your Dior Beauty account, you will receive an email from us wishing you a Happy Birthday. If you are eligible for a Birthday gift, your email will also include an invitation to visit your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift. When you visit your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift, please present this email to our Beauty Consultants to confirm your eligibility. You must visit a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift within one month of receiving your email. You won’t be eligible to collect your gift after this 1-month period. Gift redemption is available exclusively in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques and is not available online at Dior.com/en_au/beauty or in any other Department Stores or E-Concession Partners that stock Parfums Christian Dior.
