How can I find if a product is available on Dior.com?

Search or browse the site and select the product that interests you. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, you can register your interest by entering your email address in the “Notify Me” prompt. You will be emailed when the item is available.

You can contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be delighted to assist you if you cannot find a particular item.

Can I purchase these products in store?

If you would like to purchase these items in-store, please find your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique via the Store Locator. Please note, that some products may be available exclusively online on Dior.com/en_au/beauty. How do I create an online account?

You can create your account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Then click on "Create an account" and fill in the obligatory information. Finally, click on “Create my account.” You will be sent a Confirmation email to the email address provided when creating your account. If you require assistance or further information, please contact our Customer Service. If you already have Dior Beauty Account with your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, please click the “My Account” page. Click “I forgot my password” on the right panel and enter your email address that you registered with. An email prompting you to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the details below.

Can I purchase multiple of the same item in one transaction?

We must limit orders to five (5) of any single item per customer per order. Orders exceeding these limits will not be accepted and are subject to cancellation upon written notice.

How can I include samples to my order?

Dior Beauty offers 2 complimentary samples of your choice, with any order. Simply select your choice of samples after you have added your products to cart and follow the checkout process. Samples may vary due to availability.

How can I get a receipt for my online purchase?

All orders will receive a receipt via email, along with the Order Confirmation. You will also receive a physical copy within your order. Additionally, members can login to download a digital copy of their receipt.

Are purchases made online with Dior Beauty secure?

All transactions done on the Dior Beauty website are secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Dior makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information. If you have any queries, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the details below.

How do I apply a promotion code?

All promotional offer codes are added at checkout on the View Cart page. Before entering your offer code, please fully read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied. Only one offer code may be used per order and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, limited editions. NOTE: Offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Any orders placed before the start, and after the expiry of the offer, will not qualify for the offer.

*Express Post shipping (by air) is not available for orders with fragrance products and/or fragrance samples due to the dangerous goods classification by Australia Post. Orders containing fragrance products or fragrance samples must be shipped by Standard Parcel Post (by road).

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 9am AEST.

  • Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding Australian public holidays,
  • Shipping will take longer if product engraving is required. Dior Beauty will notify you when the order is shipped. Engraved products may not be returned under the 30 day Returns policy,
  • Please expect delays in the event of public holidays or extreme weather conditions,
  • Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order is placed. Dior Beauty is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice,
  • Shipping to WA, NT or other remote and rural areas may take longer,
  • All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Where does Dior Beauty Online ship?

Dior Beauty online orders are shipped via Australia Post to Australian addresses only and must be signed for upon delivery. Additionally, we allow shipments to be sent to P.O. Box addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer click & collect for in-store collection.

I placed an order but I have not received my package. What can I do?

If you placed your order via your Dior customer account, log in to your account then click on ’My orders’. You will then be able to follow the status of your order. If you placed your order as a guest, please track the progress of your delivery by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number here.

What is the Dior Beauty returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Dior Beauty purchase, complimentary returns are offered for unopened packages within 30 days of the delivery date. We are unable to accept returns or process a refund for any engraved products, unless damaged or faulty.

How long does it take for a refund to process?

Refunds take between 10-15 business days. For any questions relating to your returns or our returns policy, please contact Dior Beauty Customer Service. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

How do I sign up to the Dior Newsletter?

If you are a member with us, please login to your Dior Beauty account online. You can update your communication preferences by clicking the 'Account' icon and on your Account page, click 'Communications'. Here, you may subscribe to the Dior Beauty Newsletter Mailing List, and other communication channels of your preference. After your selection, press the 'save' button. If you are not a member with us, please scroll to the bottom of the page. On the left-hand corner, you will see the title 'SIGN UP TO DIOR BEAUTY'S NEWSLETTER'. Enter your email address and click the grey arrow to reveal a pop-up form. Please complete this form by inputting your Prefix, First name and Last name. Please also tick the first checkbox which confirms your desire to receive personalised communications from Parfums Christian Dior. Should you also wish to subscribe to our Dior Couture, Fashion & Accessories Newsletter, please select the second checkbox. Once complete, press the 'subscribe' button. Please note that by completing the newsletter form, you are not creating an account with Dior Beauty.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP INSTORE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer click & collect for in-store collection.

How can I redeem my second purchase exclusive gift?

Once your first order is placed, you are invited to receive an exclusive Deluxe Miniature Gift upon your second Dior Beauty purchase. Your redeemable code can be found in your order confirmation page and email. Upon your second purchase, please enter this code at checkout, to redeem your second purchase gift. The offer expires 60 days after your first purchase. The second purchase gift is subject to change based on availability and is non-transferable.

How can I redeem my Gift with Purchase or Deluxe Miniatures?

Ensure your order qualifies for the gift with purchase. Gifts with Purchase' are available for a limited time only, while stocks last. A maximum of one gift can be redeemed per order.

What happens if I missed my package upon delivery?

All Dior Beauty Online Boutique orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you're not available to receive your package upon delivery, Australia Post will leave a ‘delivery attempt card’ in your mailbox.

Will my order be delivered with gift wrapping?

Your order will be presented in complimentary Dior Beauty gift packaging, accompanied by a personalised message if you choose to send it as a gift. Orders placed on the Dior Beauty Online Boutique do not include shopping bags or individual gift-wrapping services.

Will I be charged for a re-delivery?

You will not be charged for a re-delivery of your package. If you are not available when Australia Post make a delivery attempt, a card will be left in your mailbox.

Can fragrance products, fragrance samples and other flammable products, be sent by Express Post?

Unfortunately, due to Australia Post regulations, we are unable to send orders containing fragrance products, fragrance samples, and other products containing flammable ingredients, by Express Post. Orders with these products can only be shipped by Standard Parcel Post.

Can I make changes or cancel my account on Dior.com?

You can modify the information in your Dior account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Enter your email address and your password and, once you are logged in, click on the options under 'My Account' to change or delete information. If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

Dior Beauty invites you to join our Loyalty Program and be rewarded for your Dior Beauty purchases. Creating an account also enables you to track the delivery of your Dior purchases and helps you to consult your order history. You can also update your contact information in your account. For your security, Dior.com does not save your credit card information and will not share your personal data with any third parties.

How can I find my account password?

The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program is designed to reward clients for their Dior Beauty purchases. We offer premium gifts, benefits & experiences that are exclusive to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program. The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program has four membership status tiers: White, Silver, Gold & Platinum. Purchases made online at https://www.dior.com/en_au/beauty and in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques contribute to your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership status. Purchases made in Department Stores or E-Concession Partners that stock Parfums Christian Dior do not contribute to your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership status.

How long will I be able to enjoy my Dior Beauty Loyalty Program rewards & benefits?

When you upgrade into a new Dior Beauty membership tier, you will have an anniversary date. This date refers to 12-months after your upgrade. From the point at which you upgrade into your new membership tier, up until your 12-month anniversary date, you will be able to enjoy the rewards & benefits associated with your membership tier. If you upgrade into a new tier, you will be given a new anniversary date, and you will enjoy the rewards & benefits associated with your upgraded membership tier for the following 12-months. Upon your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program anniversary date, we will review your Dior Beauty spend and number of purchases and reassign your new membership tier based on this.

How is my membership tier calculated for the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program?

Your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership is calculated based on your spend and number of purchases over a 12-month period. Your 12-month spend is reviewed daily, so each purchase you make will contribute to your Dior Beauty membership status. Your most recent purchase will take 1-2 days to reflect in your Dior Beauty membership status in your account online. This allows time for our system to recalibrate and reconcile purchases before they contribute to your Dior Beauty membership spend.

Are my Christian Dior Couture purchases taken into account in the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program?

Your Christian Dior Couture purchases do not contribute to your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership. Your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership is calculated based on your spend and number of purchases over a 12-month period online at www.dior.com/en_au/beauty or in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia.

I have recently made a purchase, but my Dior Beauty membership status hasn’t updated. Why is this?

It will take 1-2 days for your most recent purchase to be reflected in your Dior Beauty membership status online so that our system has time to recalibrate and reconcile orders. If you have any queries relating to your Dior Beauty membership status, please contact Dior Beauty Customer Service via the details below. If your recent purchase was made in your local Dior Boutique, the purchase will not be displayed online, but it does contribute to your membership status displayed online. How do I redeem my Dior Beauty Upgrade gift?

When you upgrade to a new Dior Beauty membership tier, you will receive an email from us 8 days after your most recent purchase that will confirm your new membership tier. If you are eligible for an Upgrade gift, it will also include an invitation to visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift. When you visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift, our Beauty Consultants will ask to see this email to help confirm your eligibility. Will I be included in the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program if I don’t wish to receive emails or communications?

If you aren’t subscribed to our emails, unfortunately we won’t be able to communicate with you to offer you any rewards & benefits, and you won’t be eligible. If you decide to update your contact preferences at any point and subscribe to our email communications, your 12-month spend will be reflected and you will automatically receive Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications moving forward. We won’t backdate or resend any Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications that include rewards or benefits you were previously eligible for. You will only receive Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications from the point at which you update your contact preferences, onwards.
