DIOR.COM REFUND POLICY

 

Refund is accepted within 7 days of purchase subject to the below conditions:

 

Refund of unused merchandise is accepted if items are intact in sealed and sellable condition with original price tag, and supported by proof of purchase, along with the related gift with purchase (gwp) when available.

 

Refund is accepted for defective items. And is limited to only manufacturing defects and not applicable in case of misuse or failure to follow care instructions. Value of refund should match the selling price mentioned on the original invoice and refunded through the same payment method of the initial purchase.

 

Value of compensation (exchange, or refund) is equal to the initial purchase value.

 

Customized / Tailored items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry, accessories, and sunglasses, cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless there’s a clear manufacturing defect, or the product is not in conformity with the standards.

 

This policy is in accordance with the Article (5) of Law no. (8) of 2008 on Consumer Protection in the State of Qatar.
