Orders may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of reception. Our boutiques can also process the exchange or manage the return on your behalf.

Free delivery

Dior offers complimentary express delivery within 2 days (excluding Sunday & Public Holiday).

Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped.

Dispatch within 24 hours

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 4:00 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 4:00 p.m.
