Return policy

You may return your items free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order, provided our return conditions are met.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Personalized products are not eligible for return and will appear greyed out on the return platform. In case of any damage upon receipt, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.

Once your package has been received, our workshop will inspect the returned items. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after receipt, subject to compliance.
