The Dioriginals collection brings together the House of Dior’s emblematic signatures, restored by Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creative Director. He set out to recover the fragrances’ original formulas, presented in the 1948 bottle that once housed Christian Dior’s first iconic creations.

Diorissimo recreates with dazzling fidelity the olfactory portrait of lily-of-the-valley. At the heart of its bouquet, considered a masterpiece of perfumery, notes of rose, ylang-ylang and jasmine unfurl, reinvigorated by a hyacinth accord. An armful of delicate, radiant blooms, the promise of an eternal springtime.

The fragrances have been restored by Perfume Creative Director Francis Kurkdjian, who is dedicated to reviving their original radiance and luster. This is a journey through 80 years of fragrance, from classic icons by Edmond Roudnitska to more recent creations.

The bottle
The ‘Oval’ bottle
The Dioriginals are presented in the 1948 ‘Oval’ bottle, which housed them from their earliest beginnings. It is now adorned with a pared-down, textured label reproducing the oval design with a metallic ring, finely striated and engraved with the “CD” monogram.
