Inspired by travel, which can tire the muscles, this deep, slow massage releases all tension from the body. Your therapist uses carefully designed motions that combine strength and gentleness to eliminate toxins and relieve soreness.

This massage is a tribute to the wild elements of Scotland: rain, wind and sun.
First, you feel the sun shining on your back through the application of warm semi-precious stones: yellow quartz, labradorite and agate. Next, the wind appears in a series of slow, regular motions that relax the entire lower body to restore power and grounding.
