Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Dior will gladly refund any unopened items within 30 days of purchase through our website. La Collection Privée products can only be returned for a refund if unopened/unused within 30 days of purchase through our website.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Personalized products are not eligible for return and will appear greyed out on the return platform. In case of any damage upon receipt, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.
Once your package has been received, our workshop will inspect the returned items. The refund will be processed within 10-15 business days after receipt, subject to compliance. Dior is unable to refund the $9 shipping charges of the prepaid label, which shall be deducted from the total refund amount in accordance with the terms indicated on the return form.
