Designed by Creative Director Victoire de Castellane, Dior rings are pieces of fine jewelry that reflect the House's complex and masterful savoir-faire. Each luxury ring is handcrafted with precious or rare gemstones set in yellow, pink or white 18-carat gold. The brilliant stones include diamonds, amethyst, tsavorites, sapphire, emerald and more. Also contributing to the vibrancy of the collection of rings are multicolor lacquered pieces. The precious gemstones and noble metals give life to codes, themes and motifs that are signature to the House's heritage. Christian Dior had a lifelong affinity for nature, flowers, and lucky stars. Each of these is represented in Victoire De Castellane's collections. Some of the most notable collections include Archi Dior, Bois de Rose, Mimirose, Oui, The Dior Rose, Rose Dior Bagatelle and the Tête de Mort. Archi Dior's signature piece is the Bar en Corolle ring, which was named after the Corolla jacket, first introduced by Christian Dior in his New Look Collection that debuted in Paris in 1947. The yellow gold and diamond ring is distinguished by its mesmerizing pleats that recall the cinched waist of its namesake's design. The entire collection is comprised of architectural jewelry that echoes the structured silhouettes for which the couturier is known. Several of the collections feature the rose, Mr. Dior's favorite flower. Rose Dior Bagatelle is named after the Parc de Bagatelle in Paris, where 1,200 different varieties of the flower bloom. The couturier found them to be heavenly creations. The current Creative Director immortalizes their beauty with exquisite luxury rings. Thanks to skillful craftsmanship and design, they are heirloom pieces to be passed down from generation to generation. The Oui collection is one of elegance and romance. Inspired by the one word that forever unites two lovers, each ring expresses a meaningful sentiment, making them gifts to be cherished. The Tête de Mort, a newer creation of Victoire de Castellane, captures the essence of the Latin phrases 'Memento Mori' and 'Carpe Diem', which serve as reminders to embrace and value every moment of life. This mantra was of particular importance to Mr. Dior, so much so that he lived by those words every day. The Dior rings are all varied in style, from classic bands to open rings or even double rings, offering several options for the modern woman to find pieces that speak to her story and express her personal style.
