Free Scheduled Premium Delivery
Dior offers complimentary rapid and secure delivery, with schedule up to 14 calendar days, subject to availability and selected locations in Hong Kong.
Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Should any items be unavailable, the delivery times may be modified.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), from 9am to 8pm.

Alternatively, you can order online and opt to pick up from the Dior boutique of your choice within the selected network.
Dispatch Within 24 Hours
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 6 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after that, subject to availability.
Free Exchange and Returns
Orders may be exchanged within 30 days of reception, or returned for refund within 7 days of reception in original condition, with the label provided.
