Created as a tribute to the Dior salons of old, the 30 Montaigne candle is available in an exclusive* 1.5 kg size to decorate and perfume an indoor or outdoor space. Once lit, this scented candle diffuses amber and spicy notes, like an olfactory memory of the intimate atmosphere that reigned at the heart of the legendary House of Dior location at 30 Avenue Montaigne. Housed in its white ceramic holder, the candle has 4 wicks to ensure an even burn of the wax, as well as a strong and long-lasting olfactory diffusion. The candle is presented in a "hat box" style case, which also includes a base and a candle lid. Burning time: up to 110 hours. * At Dior.

    DELIVERY

    Delivery takes 2 to 5 days upon confirmation of your order, excluding weekends. Delivery is complimentary on all orders over $100, and a $10 delivery charge will apply for orders under $100.
    Please note that deliveries may be delayed by an additional 2-3 working days during holiday or peak periods.
    Order(s) placed before 7am (SGPT) will be processed on the same business day while order(s) placed after 7am (SGPT) will be processed only on the following business day. Order(s) received on Friday after 7am, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.


    RETURNS

    Please note that we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) . We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    In the event you would like to initiate a return from your recent Dior purchase, please contact our customer care team within 7 days from the date of receiving of the parcel.
    Refund(s) offered by Dior for return request(s) will be subjected to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service. Once the request has been agreed upon, a complimentary return will be arranged via our logistic providers. 
    All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition. In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer.
    Purchases made online via Dior online Boutique cannot be exchanged, refunded, or repackaged at any of our Dior Counters or Dior Boutiques. This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Online Boutique. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.
    This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Singaporean law.


    REFUNDS

    Upon agreement with our online customer service representative for a refund for your purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. 
    All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details.
