Diorshow is the eye makeup collection which allows you to dress your eyes in couture colors directly inspired by the Dior wardrobe. Inside a gift set, the House of Dior has paired a mascara and a lash primer-serum from the line for a bold eye makeup look and lashes with spectacular volume and curl. This set includes: - Diorshow Iconic Overcurl, shade 090 Black. This long-wearing mascara fans lashes and coats them in vibrant color. Lashes are longer-looking and the eyes appear more open. Enriched with cornflower floral water, the mascara formula helps fortify lashes and provide a feeling of comfort. - Diorshow Maximizer 4D, 4 ml. This lash primer-serum works in 4 dimensions: volume, curl, length and definition, for lashes that appear oversized. Infused with floral extracts, its formula helps improve the appearance of lashes day after day, leaving them looking revitalized.

    DELIVERY

    Delivery takes 2 to 5 days upon confirmation of your order, excluding weekends. Delivery is complimentary on all orders over $100, and a $10 delivery charge will apply for orders under $100.
    Please note that deliveries may be delayed by an additional 2-3 working days during holiday or peak periods.
    Order(s) placed before 7am (SGPT) will be processed on the same business day while order(s) placed after 7am (SGPT) will be processed only on the following business day. Order(s) received on Friday after 7am, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.


    RETURNS

    Please note that we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) . We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    In the event you would like to initiate a return from your recent Dior purchase, please contact our customer care team within 7 days from the date of receiving of the parcel.
    Refund(s) offered by Dior for return request(s) will be subjected to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service. Once the request has been agreed upon, a complimentary return will be arranged via our logistic providers. 
    All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition. In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer.
    Purchases made online via Dior online Boutique cannot be exchanged, refunded, or repackaged at any of our Dior Counters or Dior Boutiques. This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Online Boutique. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.
    This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Singaporean law.


    REFUNDS

    Upon agreement with our online customer service representative for a refund for your purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. 
    All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details.
