Diorsnow Essence of Light Micro-Infused Lotion is the Dior face and neck lotion that protects the skin barrier and beautifies the skin, leaving it illuminated, as if infused with light. Reformulated for increased effectiveness, this hydrating lotion now features a formula composed of 98%* natural-origin ingredients. The 1st Dior lotion with 3QD** certification, it provides triple action for more radiant skin: - SOOTHING: feelings of discomfort are reduced, the skin seems immaculate. - SMOOTHING: skin texture is visibly smoothed and the skin is hydrated, which contributes to optimal light reflection. - MATTIFYING: skin transparency is boosted, for a radiant finish with no oily appearance. The Diorsnow Essence of Light Micro-Infused Lotion formula includes an edelweiss extract, harvested in the Dior garden in Switzerland and vectorized to help the lotion better penetrate the skin: this makes edelweiss twice as effective against the distribution of melanin in the skin.*** The formula also includes a combination of encapsulated vitamin E and twice as much**** vitamin C, which both contribute to instant skin luminosity. * Amount calculated based on the ISO 16128-1 and ISO 16128-2 standard.     DELIVERY

    Delivery takes 2 to 5 days upon confirmation of your order, excluding weekends. Delivery is complimentary on all orders over $100, and a $10 delivery charge will apply for orders under $100.
    Please note that deliveries may be delayed by an additional 2-3 working days during holiday or peak periods.
    Order(s) placed before 7am (SGPT) will be processed on the same business day while order(s) placed after 7am (SGPT) will be processed only on the following business day. Order(s) received on Friday after 7am, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.


    RETURNS

    Please note that we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) . We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    In the event you would like to initiate a return from your recent Dior purchase, please contact our customer care team within 7 days from the date of receiving of the parcel.
    Refund(s) offered by Dior for return request(s) will be subjected to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service. Once the request has been agreed upon, a complimentary return will be arranged via our logistic providers. 
    All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition. In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer.
    Purchases made online via Dior online Boutique cannot be exchanged, refunded, or repackaged at any of our Dior Counters or Dior Boutiques. This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Online Boutique. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.
    This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Singaporean law.


    REFUNDS

    Upon agreement with our online customer service representative for a refund for your purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. 
    All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details.
