For the holiday season, Dior unveils its natural glow ritual in a limited-edition sparkling pouch adorned with the CD initials and Monsieur Dior’s lucky star. This makeup and skincare pouch brings together a selection of iconic products from the House of Dior for a natural, radiant look: - Dior Addict Lip Glow, shade 001 Pink. Here in its pink shade, this color-reviving lip balm brightens the lips’ natural shade with "custom" radiance. Its formula infused with cherry oil and shea butter ensures the hydration of the lips for 48 hours¹ and optimal comfort. - Dior Addict Lip Maximizer, shade 001 Pink, 6 ml. This volume-effect plumping gloss instantly smooths the lips and hydrates them for 24 hours.² It adds a touch of color and radiant shine, here in a delicate pink shade. - Dior Capture Day Creme, 15 ml. The day cream’s formula features OX-C Treatment technology with regenerating and replenishing powers, revitalizing lily extract and a dipeptide with densifying properties.     DELIVERY

    Delivery takes 2 to 5 days upon confirmation of your order, excluding weekends. Delivery is complimentary on all orders over $100, and a $10 delivery charge will apply for orders under $100.
    Please note that deliveries may be delayed by an additional 2-3 working days during holiday or peak periods.
    Order(s) placed before 7am (SGPT) will be processed on the same business day while order(s) placed after 7am (SGPT) will be processed only on the following business day. Order(s) received on Friday after 7am, Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.


    RETURNS

    Please note that we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) . We do not accept or process any return request(s) for any customized/engraved item(s), unless the said customized/engraved item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    In the event you would like to initiate a return from your recent Dior purchase, please contact our customer care team within 7 days from the date of receiving of the parcel.
    Refund(s) offered by Dior for return request(s) will be subjected to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service. Once the request has been agreed upon, a complimentary return will be arranged via our logistic providers. 
    All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition. In the event of the return of products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer.
    Purchases made online via Dior online Boutique cannot be exchanged, refunded, or repackaged at any of our Dior Counters or Dior Boutiques. This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via Dior Online Boutique. For any purchase(s) made in-store at a Dior Counter or a Dior Boutique, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.
    This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Singaporean law.


    REFUNDS

    Upon agreement with our online customer service representative for a refund for your purchase, we will process the approved refund within 5 working days from receiving the Returned Item(s). You will receive an email notification of your refund status from our Dior Customer Service team. 
    All refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to refund a credit to your account may vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card for more details.
