Sauvage Eau Forte
description
Inspired by the symbolic power of water, Francis Kurkdjian, Dior Perfume Creative Director, imagined Sauvage Eau Forte, an olfactory composition as fresh as an eau de toilette and as intense as a parfum. This creation explores the uncharted territory of a fresh and spicy fougère.
Like a waterfall, Sauvage Eau Forte delivers freshness and intensity. An aqueous formula mixes with a fragrant oily formula to create this highly concentrated eau with a milky hue.
Strengthened by the freshness of water that "drenches" the ingredients, the scent of the fragrance is composed around notes of cool spices, bleached lavender and musky woods.
Sauvage Eau Forte, the power of water.
olfactory notes
NOTES OF COOL SPICES
The notes of spices are "drenched" with water and develop in an unexpected way: their freshness intensifies and becomes fuller-bodied. These notes are accompanied by a deeply potent elemi resin note, and together they create a strong, radical vibration that brings freshness.
NOTES OF BLEACHED LAVENDER
Lavender is freed of its aromatic accents, as if bleached, to create a new freshness and reveal its sensual base.
WOODY AND MUSKY NOTES
The woody notes, swollen by the water, welcome a breeze of musky notes.
