You can return all or part of your Dior order within 30 days of delivery to you. Please complete the return form that’s enclosed in your order with all the required information.
The products must be returned in the original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Engraved product cannot be returned except when due to defect. You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days after returning.
