APPROACH

Christian Dior Couture and Parfums Christian Dior (collectively “Dior”) have an ongoing commitment to achieving the highest levels of satisfaction for all aspects of its customers online experiences.  As part of these efforts, DIOR is dedicated to offering a quality online experience at its website www.dior.com (the “Website”) to customers with disabilities that is full and equal to that provided to customers without disabilities, including the goal of substantially conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Levels A and AA (WCAG 2.1). 

In our efforts to substantially conform with WCAG 2.1, DIOR has subjected the Website to a variety of accessibility auditing and review techniques including human code review, human review with assistive technology (such as JAWS and NVDA), and automated accessibility software. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing concern, a journey and not a destination. To that end, we continue to conduct reviews at reasonable intervals to assess the Websites’ ongoing level of substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1 and to look for new ways we can continue to enhance the online experience for customers with disabilities.
