Return Policy

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we've received the package, our team will inspect the returned items and, provided our return conditions are met, you'll receive your refund shortly after — usually between 5–7 business days.

Personalized products are not eligible for return and will appear greyed out on the return platform. In case of any damage upon receipt, we invite you to contact our Client Service.

Dior.com is unable to refund the $9 shipping charges of the prepaid label, which shall be deducted from the total refund amount in accordance with the terms indicated on the return form.

How can I return a product?


  • Begin the return process for your products by completing the form above to obtain your return label.

  • Pack up the product(s): you can reuse the Dior box which is provided for this purpose.

  • Print the return label and stick it on the package, then drop it off at your nearest pick-up point.
