In tribute to Christian Dior, the brand-new High Jewellery collection “Dearest Dior”,
naturally rooted in the Maison’s inherent couture universe, proposes
to plunge us into the refined, feminine and airy-light world of lace.
In search of body-hugging jewels with a second skin effect, Victoire de Castellane draws on her past inspirations to create 78 exceptional pieces.
The jewels are metamorphosed by transparent and shiny effects, diamonds caught in the netting, or flower beds and arabesques, becoming lightweight lace holding precious gold and gems.
Each piece seems to melt into the skin like a tattoo, sensually clinging to each movement of the body.
The bejewelled mountings set with precious stones let us discover and admire the multiple and unique couture effects.
Lace scattered with stones and dewdrop pearls on spiders’ webs, as well as netting details appearing between stone-set claws and friezes of bezel-set diamonds.
