For any order placed on our Dior.com site via your Dior account, you will receive an order confirmation and a receipt by email. Your receipt will also be sent with your parcel to the billing address you have indicated. You can also get a paper copy of your receipt from your customer account on the Dior.com site by going to the "My Orders" section then by clicking on the receipt you want to print. If you have placed your order as a guest, your receipt will be sent with your order to the delivery address you have indicated. If you wish to obtain a copy of the receipt, please contact our Client Service. No changes in billing address will be done after the order has been placed.
You can add a personalized message to your order during the payment process. You can use the Latin alphabet, numbers and punctuation. It is not possible to use symbols or emojis in your personal message.

FSC™ certified. Each order is sent in a single shipping box. If you require multiple gift boxes or clutches, please place several separate orders.

Our special couture gift box or clutch is available during key periods such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Please note that receiving a special couture gift box or clutch is not guaranteed and depends on both availability and size of your order.
You can create your Dior customer account by clicking on the "Your account" section located in the top menu of our site. Then click on "Create an account" and provide the mandatory information reported by an asterisk. Finally, click on "Validate". For your safety, Dior.com does not save information from your credit card and will in no way share your personal information with a third party.
You can change your Dior account information in "Your account" section. Find out your username and password and, once connected, go to the "My profile" section to modify or delete information. If you wish to delete your account, we invite you to contact our Client Service which will accompany you in the steps to follow.
If you forgot your password, click on the "Your account" section then, on "Forgot password". An e-mail will be sent to you to reset your password.

Dior products are made to avoid the risk of allergies.
Dior products do not contain gluten in the ingredients of the formulas. In prevention and to go further in the fight against cosmetic allergies, Dior has removed all proteins, in particular from wheat hydrolysis of products. Despite the greatest attention with the follow -up system, Dior cannot certify that the products have not been in contact with gluten during the supplier production process.

If the “Order” button appears, you can purchase the product online. Only available sizes will be displayed.
If the product is not available online, the “Notify Me” button will allow you to receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

Every order comes with two complimentary samples. Orders over €100 will receive one miniature, and clients with an account will receive an extra miniature. Please note that the availability of all benefits, including promotional gifts and samples, is subject to change during order preparation.
Once the product has been added to your basket, the “Promo code” option will appear in your order summary, before selecting samples and miniatures.
We recommend checking that the product linked to your code is present in your basket to confirm that the gift has been successfully added.
You will typically receive a confirmation email within 2 to 5 minutes after completing your order. Please check both your inbox and your spam folder, as this email may sometimes be redirected there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received the confirmation, please contact our customer service.
An order or item may be cancelled if there is a stock shortage at the time of processing or due to a technical issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive an email, and the payment will be reversed within a few days.
If you placed your order through your Dior.com customer account, log in to your personal area and click on “Perfume & Beauty Orders.” There, you can view the status of your order:
Processing: Your order has been confirmed and is being prepared.
Shipped: Your order has been sent to the specified delivery address.
Cancelled: The order was cancelled, for example due to product unavailability or payment not being confirmed.
Order processing can take 1 to 2 business days. For orders placed on a Thursday or Friday, processing may be postponed to the following week.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to track the shipment until delivery.
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified (such as changing the address, adding or removing items). Cancellation is possible only under certain conditions.
The cancellation option is available exclusively for customers with an account on Dior.com. If you have an account, you may cancel your order within one hour of confirmation. To do so, log into your account, go to the "My Orders" section, open the relevant order, and use the cancellation option at the bottom of the page.
Please note that some payment methods do not allow cancellations, even for registered customers. In such cases, the option will still appear on the site, but a message will indicate that cancellation is not possible due to the selected payment method. In this case, you may return your order after it has been delivered.
If you placed your order as a guest, unfortunately cancellation is not possible. However, you can still return the order once received, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You can only place up to 3 orders per day. If you wish to have a special gift box for every product, we invite you to place multiple orders.
All transactions carried out on the Dior.com website are highly secure. An SSL encryption system is used to protect personal and payment data. In addition, Dior undertakes not to keep any of your credit card details. Finally, we reinforce payment security with the 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards that are equipped with it. An additional step takes place at the time of payment, allowing us to verify the identity of the cardholder and validate the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication system. If you have any questions about your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
Payment for purchases on Dior.com can be made using Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or PayPal.
Please note that if you choose Apple Pay or PayPal as your payment method, your order will be shipped in our Eco Shipping Box. If you prefer to receive the Couture Gift Box, please proceed with a standard payment method.
The charge to your card depends on the chosen payment method. For payments made via PayPal, the amount is debited immediately. For other payment methods, a pre-authorization is made at the time of the order, and the final charge is only applied when your order is shipped.
We kindly invite you to ensure that you are browsing the version of the website corresponding to your desired delivery country. Please also make sure that the address provided is a residential address, as we do not deliver to pick-up points, hotels, or automated lockers.

Standard Delivery
Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email.
A signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery is free for all orders placed with a Dior.com account.
For guests (clients without an account):
€4.90 delivery fee for orders under €49
Free delivery for orders €50 and over
Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.
If you placed the order using a Dior.com account, you still have one hour after confirmation to cancel it directly from your personal account, in the "Perfume & Beauty Orders" section, subject to the conditions related to the payment method. You can then place a new order with the correct information.
If the order is already in the shipping process, we invite you to request the change directly with the carrier via the tracking link that will be sent to you by email.
The preparation of orders takes between 1 and 4 days and shipping can take 1 to 5 additional days depending on the transport method you have chosen. Any exception or delay in delivery can lead to a difference in relation to the estimated date, including public holidays, weather conditions or shipping problems. If your order has not been delivered 10 days after placed, please contact our Client Service.
Orders placed on Dior.com/en_lu can only be delivered to Luxembourg.
Deliveries to other countries are not available at this time.
If you wish to be delivered to another country, please scroll to the bottom of the page, in the footer, and click on "Choose your Country or Region & Language". Then select the desired delivery country to access the local version of the site and place your order.
We apologize for the inconvenience. However, all advantages, including promotional gifts and samples, are subject to availability when preparing the order.
If your order arrives incomplete or with any defect, we invite you to contact our Client Service, provide photos of the order and information on the missing product (s).
We hope you like your order, but if you didn’t, you have 30 days to return it.
To assure a full reimbursement, all products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, bags, instructions, warranty, etc.) and accompanied by the duly completed return documents.
In the event of the return of products which have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts such as samples, pouches and gift boxes, all items must be returned by the customer to PCD. If one of them is not sent, we will not be able to accept the return and your refund will be blocked. Personalized or engraved products are not subject to refund, except for damaged products. We will not authorize any reshipment to the customer if the return decision is withdrawn.
Once the item has been returned, received in our warehouse and if it meets the return conditions, the reimbursement will be made by credit or by bank transfer depending on the payment method used when purchasing online. For payment by bank card, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by our warehouse.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your Dior products. You can return your unwanted products if they are not open and if they meet the withdrawal conditions, and place a new order on Dior.com.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return several orders in the same box. Please return each order in the corresponding box.
You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days after your returned order has arrived in our warehouse and has validated the return conditions. Your refund will be credited on the same bank account as the initial payment. If you have not received your refund within 20 calendar days after returning your parcel, please contact our Client Service.
Engraved and personalized products cannot be returned except when due to defect.
