You can modify the information in your Dior account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Enter your email address and your password and once you are logged in, click on the options under Your Profile to change or delete information.

If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

The Dior Beauty Privé Program is available at participating Parfums Christian Dior points of sale in Malaysia, as listed on https://www.dior.com/en_my/beauty/find-your-dior-store and/or on Dior.com.

You will receive an email with instructions on redemption when you are eligible for a gift. Please present the email at the Dior Beauty Boutique or Counter listed in the email to redeem your gift.

You may also view the gifts and rewards that are available to you by logging in to your Dior account on Dior.com: Go to “My account” > “My rewards”. 

If you do not see a gift or reward under “My rewards”, that means you are either not eligible for a gift yet or you have already redeemed your gift or reward.

All new Members begin at Pearl status upon creation of a membership account. To progress to a higher status – Silver, Gold or Platinum status – a Member must fulfil the criteria for both the “number of purchases” and “total retail spending of purchases” within the preceding 12 months. 

Once both criteria are satisfied, the Member will be upgraded to the higher status and a new period of 12-month period begins with their new status.

If you had a Dior account before 1st July 2026, we have tallied your purchases from the past 12 months and automatically assigned a status as of 1st July 2026 to your account. This status will remain valid for the next 12 months, or until you upgrade to the next status.

At the end of each 12-month status period, a Member’s membership status is recalculated based on the qualifying criteria for status progression. A Member will maintain their status if the qualifying criteria are met or will be adjusted to a lower status to match their purchasing activity.

Dior Beauty Privé is a free and voluntary loyalty program that rewards you for your beauty purchases. This reimagined loyalty experience gives you access to a new world of exclusive benefits and rewards. Go to “My account” > “My rewards” on Dior.com to discover them all.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, the order will be removed from your total purchase count and the retail amount associated with that order will be deducted from your total retail amount spent. 

In order to qualify for a higher status, Members have to satisfy the requisite qualifying criteria of that status.
 

Dior Beauty Privé gifts rewards are set according to each loyalty status. You cannot request for different or additional gifts outside of those allocated to your status. 

All gifts are subject to availability. The selection of gifts may be updated from time to time, and we reserve the right to substitute any gift with an alternative item of equivalent value. 

All gifts cannot be exchanged for other products or returned for cash.
 
You can view all available gifts for your loyalty status on the “Dior Beauty Privé” page in your account on Dior.com. 

Your Couture purchases are not eligible purchases for the purpose of the Dior Beauty Privé program as the membership program only rewards your beauty purchases. 

You are rewarded when you purchase Perfumes, Skincare or Make-up products, as well as La Collection Privée products on Dior.com or at the eligible Parfums Christian Dior points of sale; paid Dior beauty services and Fashion Accessories (eyewear, fashion jewellery and small leather goods purchased at participating Dior Beauty Boutiques in Malaysia, as listed on https://www.dior.com/en_my/beauty/find-your-dior-store.

You have one (1) calendar month from when your reward gift becomes available to redeem it.

You can create your account by clicking on the account symbol located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). Then click on "Create an account" and fill in the obligatory information. Finally, click on Create my account".

You will be sent a Confirmation email to the email address provided when creating your account. If you require assistance or further information, please contact our Customer service.

During the Transition Period, you can redeem your accumulated points according to the existing rules of the loyalty program. This means you can select up to three gifts once you reach the next tier level (and this is available only once) from the current gift menu, subject to product availability.  

Parfums Christian Dior and/ or its affiliates has the sole discretion in determining the selection of gifts. Any selected products which is/ are unavailable will not be able to be converted into cash or be subject to any deferred receipt. Participants are required to choose from available selections, and no compensation (monetary or otherwise) will be provided for unavailable items. Any selected products which are unavailable will not be able to be converted into cash or be subject to any deferred receipt. Gifts shall only be redeemed in our physical boutiques and counters (no gift redemption on our online boutique). 

Without limiting any other parts, please note that all loyalty program reward offerings are contingent upon availability. Given the concurrent transition and revision of our gift menu and selection, the provision of specific gifts cannot be guaranteed. In the event of unavailability, an alternative gift option may be provided (but without guarantee), subject to its own stock levels. This policy is effective throughout the Transition Period.  

See above. Throughout the Transition Period, you have the opportunity to redeem your points for gifts. Once this period has passed, it will no longer be possible to use or redeem your points, and they will be considered expired. 

All unredeemed points by closing time of our boutiques and counters on 30th June 2026 will expire and will no longer be valid for any redemption. No compensation, monetary value, or alternative rewards will be provided for expired points. We strongly encourage you to redeem your points before the specified deadline to avoid forfeiture.

To successfully join the Dior Beauty Privé you must be a Malaysian resident, over 18 years old. To view the full eligibility criteria please visit the Dior Beauty Privé Terms & Conditions.

Once you have found the product that interests you:

• select the quantity that you want to order (a maximum limit of 3 units applies per product)
• click the "add to cart" button (your shopping cart will display)

Continue Shopping and when you’re ready to complete your order click the “cart icon” at the top of the page or click continue to payment on any product page to go to Checkout.

On the “checkout” page, check your order items are correct. Add your contact information, shipping address, billing address and payment details. Please check the order summary to confirm all information in your order is correct and then click "pay now".

If your payment is successful and your order has been received by Dior, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website. You will also immediately be sent an order confirmation email to the email address you entered when you placed your order.

No, it is not possible to exchange your points for cash or a refund. Your points are only redeemable for gifts from the current gift menu. See above. There is also not deferred receipt of unavailable gifts.

Prior appointment for redemption of any service rewards must be confirmed with the relevant Dior Beauty boutique in advance. Whilst we endeavor to provide you with an appointment according to your preferred date and time, this may not always be possible. In such event, we will try to find you a suitable alternative.

If you return any items for any reason, the retail amount of the item you had returned will be deducted from your total retail amount spent. If you return all the items from an order, that order will also be deducted from your total purchase count.

Your membership status depends both on your total number of qualifying purchases and your total retail spending over the last twelve (12) months. 

All qualifying purchases made on the same day will count as a single purchase. For more information on membership status threshold and the qualifying criteria, please refer to our Dior Beauty Privé page and the Terms & Conditions of the Program.

If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, please contact your Dior Beauty Consultants from your preferred Boutique or Counter or our Dior Customer Service within thirty (30) days from the date the purchase or other Program activity took place, through the following channel.

We are not responsible for any late notification regarding purchases or other Program activities not being credited to an account. Any credit, purchases or benefits associated with your account shall be determined by Parfums Christian Dior at its sole discretion.

To become a Member of the Dior Beauty Privé program, you simply need to create an account on Dior.com or at a Dior Beauty boutique or counter in Malaysia. You will automatically be added to our Dior Beauty Privé membership.
